Brenton was polite, on time and fixed our issue fast. I couldn’t recommend him or this company enough. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Do yourself and favor and call them with any of your plumbing issues and ask for Brenton.

Michael’s plumbing was quick to respond and resolve the problem when another large company in town had not done so. They were kind and courteous and efficient. The next day when I had another problem that came out quickly and resolved it. I would recommend Michael’s Plumbing to all of my friends!!

Can't say if service was good or bad. Can say though that I called in twice this morning to schedule an appointment. On both occasions I heard the phone get picked up, and then hung up. I am writing this 1-star review so that the owner will hopefully see it and address this with his staff. We found another great plumber whose office staff is friendly and communicates when we call.

John is great to deal with...professional...courteous...knowledgable and quick to get the job done! I would highly recommend him/them to anyone looking for a local plumber that won't charge you an arm and a leg! I'm a repeat customer and will use them for all my plumbing needs!

Today, our new heating/air conditioning unit was installed. The installers, Chris McCreless and Jordan Neely, were extremely professional and thorough. They took their time with the installation, everything was visually perfect and they were patient with their explanations, It was obvious that they would give all the time needed, for us to be comfortable.I am VERY pleased that we went with ARS in Nashville and I look forward to working with this company (and Home Depot) for many years to come.*Chad, our salesman, did a great job as well. When my water heater tanked, I called one of the big “Last Name Companies” for an emergency visit and estimate. I’m really glad my wife got Jason and Who You Know to come by for a second opinion because after being honest with us, checking our system and learning about our needs, Who You Know saved us over 2 grand. Who You Know focused on needs and not upsell. Jason strapped on a headlamp and got in the crawlspace to check my system, and found that I was missing a pressure regulator. He could’ve ignored it and enjoyed repeated maintenance calls as it was causing undue stress in my system. For a $250 he fixed It - no labor charge. I can’t tell you how was reassuring that the person answering my questions was the same guy doing the job. Courteous, Punctual, and Professional, I have found my new plumber in the greater Nashville area.

They got to me super fast and they were very professional. I also got quotes from other company's and not only did they have better pricing they took the time to explain all options available. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
