Repairman arrived as planned and was able to fix leaky faucet by replacing small part he had with him. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes . Only problem was that price was higher than originally quoted.

Jeff was awesome. He came to our house for an upstairs leak going into the downstairs. Pulled out some wet drywall, stayed about thirty minutes, and didn't charge a thing! No service fee, no diagnostic fee, and found the leak. Will come back and do the work when all of the wet materials are removed. He, again, was an awesome plumber. Second time I've had Morton out to my place, and I've been very happy with the results both times. With my most recent problem, I started out by calling a very large company who came out and started with an everything's wrong mentality and some very steep initial quotes. So I dug through some invoices to see who I'd used a few years ago and got back in touch with Morton. I should have started there. Josh (owner's son) and Blake were both very positive and willing to think practically instead of immediately going to the worst-case-scenario. They took care of the problem professionally and I will be very happy to call them again next time I need a plumber.

Moved to Nashville recently and had a clog in my kitchen drain. I am really glad I came across John - he was great, and I will not hesitate to call him in the future if I have plumbing issues. He was able to schedule an appointment very promptly and was able to fix the drain issue very quickly. He was great at explaining the issue and how to prevent it in the future - he clearly takes his craft seriously and is very knowledgeable. During the process he also provided general tips about drains and drainage and ended up helping us get parts for and install a mixing valve to solve an issue we were having getting hot water more quickly circulated to the bathrooms in the back of our house (our water heater is in the front of the house). I recently had the pleasure of working with your plumbing company, and I must say, I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service I received. After experiencing persistent basement flooding that previous plumbers couldn't diagnose, your team arrived and conducted a thorough inspection.

To my amazement, he quickly discovered that the grinder pump in my basement had been improperly installed within a sheetrock enclosure, and several vent fittings were not even properly secured. Additionally, he identified a major flaw in the 3-inch main that ran over two rooms, which had a backwards pitch right before connecting to the mainline.

Your Technician took the time to explain the issues to me in detail and presented the only viable solution available. He discussed rerouting the master bath and the hall half bathroom back into the room where the pump is located, and then redirecting the plumbing out of the front of the house. He meticulously located the sewer main and seamlessly tied the new line into it, completely resolving the problem.

I cannot express how grateful I am for your Technician expertise, professionalism, and dedication to solving my basement flooding issue. The level of care and attention to detail they demonstrated throughout the process while keeping a organized work area was truly commendable. I am delighted to say that since the completion of the work, I have not experienced any further flooding problems.
