Sean and Austin were very professional, arrived on time and completed the job in a very timely manner. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the results.

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

No call, no show. Twice. I know everyone in the construction / repair industry in Nashville has enough work right now to last until 2018, but a call would still be nice.

These guys were awesome! Super responsive and communicative. Felt like they were honest with their work and resolved the issues very quickly. They even did a great job cleaning up the areas that got messy, so highly appreciate their time and assistance!

We had an emergency with our septic backing up into our house for 3 weeks. We had called everyone in town trying to get someone to help us. No one would call back, Buck's would never return our calls and when they set up the appointment they were a no show. My brother referred us to Pyburn and within 1 hour he was at our house and within 3 hours had fixed our problem. He was very professional and reasonable. Our receipt detailed everything he had done.
