My A/C stopped working, and I called Morton and was given a time 4 days away. It's getting pretty hot, they must be busy. They called a short while after and had an unexpected opening, and two great technicians, Tim and Sim, showed up within an hour and had the cold air blowing in about another. Great experience, and I'll definitely be back in the future.

Jonathan was here diagnosed the problem, he had me fixed in less then an hour. Very fast and efficient, would recommend 10 out of 10.

The person showed up almost 2 hours later then scheduled. They didn't clean any of our units and wanted to charge an outrageous amount to do so. I had to have a different service company come out and reservice the units for poor air flow and they said the person didn't do anything to either unit other then hook gages up and remove some of the refrigerant and charge double what the other guys charged. So I had to pay for 2 services. I'm very displeased with their service.

Bryan, my technician, was very professional. He arrived on time, did both electrical installations quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the work areas completely and hauled away the old fixtures. He was polite and explained the bill carefully. Best of all, everything looked good and worked perfectly. I would use his services again without question.

Rick is the absolute best! There's often times where I wonder how in the world are they going to be able to repair that; Rick jumps right in, immediately is able to come up with a solution, and him and his team get it taken care of. I would recommend Rick to my grandmother he is that great!

The receptionist in the office couldn't even give me a direct or correct response to my question. My application I submitted has disappeared, I didn't see it all. I then got an email with it saying I wasn't qualified for the position. Where does that happen?

Thomas and chase did an excellent job in correcting an installation of new Trane unit. Moved in into the right place w no questions ask. Very polite and kind. Had it corrected in 2 hours. So grateful for them 🥰
