Best Heating Installation in Nashville TN

I am very disappointed with Republic Plumbing. I was excited to work with them as I saw great reviews and was referred by another local company. I was quoted for a sewer line repair, which after breaking ground we realized I had a septic tank and not a sewer. He then filled back up the hole and was on his way. Both Andy & Randy were friendly, but it was such a poor value and over priced. I was charged $1,100 for someone to dig up a hole and then fill back in the hole. This process took 4.5 hours of work of just digging, as he didn't have the proper equipment.
They used a saw to cut into the asphalt and I was charged for a saw rental, as well as an added service fee. The saw was dull and not working, which I was told at the time by the plumber. You would assume they would have the proper equipment to do the job. I then had to hire another company come out to investigate further. They dug a much bigger hole with the proper equipment and it took 30 minutes (compared to the same thing taking 4.5 hours with a hand shovel). Do not hire this company, it is a complete rip off with poor communication. Andy did discount my bill and took off an hour of work, but I am still left with a $900 bill of just having a hole dug and then filled back in poorly.

In the past, I have used several large plumbing companies. They were always very expensive, so when I recently had some plumbing issues I figured I would give Bellevue 1st Plumbing a try. They were great! They did excellent work and the price was very reasonable. Also, they guarantee their work. I will definitely use them again.

There are lots of plumbers in the Nashville area, so do yourself a favor and keep looking. Until today I had a 15 year working relationship with the company, but in the course of investigating a leak at a rental property of mine that involved another tenant they ran up a huge bill, *insisted* the water was coming from else, so I trusted their judgement and damaged my own credibility with the HOA as a result. As it turns out, the leak was coming from a place they had thoroughly inspected, as stated in the work order I paid, and even though I spent over $500 diagnosing the problem all they did was go back, months later, and do what should have been done right in the first place. During that trip, which was under warranty, I asked them if they could take a quick look at a toilet that wasn't flushing properly (my mistake to even suggest this) and while the plumber I spoke to said it only took 5 minutes they then send a bill for $149 for an embellished repair. I asked them several times, several times, to write this off on the basis of the hundreds of dollars spent on their misdiagnosis, and they refused and kept sending me invoices. I paid that bill today but I regret ever having contacted about them in this issue in the first place, they wasted a lot of people's time and money and traumatized my downstairs neighbor by insisting my unit was not at fault, when in fact it was. The whole experience made me feel dirty and that's why I took the time to write this review and recommend you simply never enter into business with this company.

I would say that not all plumbers are alike. I had tried a few other plumbing companies over the years and I am now a Morton Plumbing customer for life. They were respectful, clean cut, and did not try to sell me services I don't need. They inspected our plumbing in our home as a precautionary measure at no charge. We sometimes have clogged drains, with sinks and toilets in our home and rental property, so plumbers are needed on a fairly frequent basis. They also have installed backflow preventors and hot water heaters. We have been pleased with their service, pricing, and satisfaction stance.

The person showed up almost 2 hours later then scheduled. They didn't clean any of our units and wanted to charge an outrageous amount to do so. I had to have a different service company come out and reservice the units for poor air flow and they said the person didn't do anything to either unit other then hook gages up and remove some of the refrigerant and charge double what the other guys charged. So I had to pay for 2 services. I'm very displeased with their service.

Was not completely satisfied with the service I received, despite the fact that by the time the plumber was through he had fixed the leak. When asked about my experience, I mentioned this, not wanting to really complain, just express my concerns. My thoughts were taken very seriously, and the manager at my local store really cared about my satisfaction and was so apologetic. I was refunded, reassured that they messed this one up, and even thanked for being honest. I would recommend Hiller to anyone who wants quality service. They take care of you.

AJ was a great guy! He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the system and gave us options up front. We made up our minds and he took care of it ASAP! The AC is working great again and we couldn’t be happier! I’d highly recommend Maynard to anyone who needs AC service!

Frog is my new favorite HVAC and duct cleaning service! Communication and scheduling were easy. For all three service appts, the repairmen arrived on time or early and called beforehand, were very pleasant and respectful, and were knowledgeable, skilled, and thorough, yet efficient. Never felt like they were trying to sell me the most expensive equipment or service/maintenance contracts, as I've felt from most other HVAC companies in the past. A trustworthy HVAC company I'd recommend without hesitation.
