How this business has 4 stars is beyond me. Every one star review is accurate and should be considered prior to hiring these incompetent workers. After being financially abused by Mr. Morton’s workers (one being his son), I received quotes from various plumbers around the Nashville area and they assured me that I was overcharged for the parts and labor provided.

First, the son fixed the easy jobs (eg. toilet flow), then proceeded to tell me that only his father could fix the bar sink reflux but never followed up nor consulted with other employees.

Second, he left then sent me a $2400 bill. The only follow up on their services was harassment to pay. Which I unfortunately did…

My advice, get multiple quotes!!

We have such confidence in Carl that we request him each time we need our unit checked. We look forward to his service calls. Enjoy our brief visits with him . More like family coming by rather than a service technician! Great employee!!!!

My tech was on time, honest, and helpful. She maintained a safe environment and did her work quickly and right the first time. I would recommend ARS to anyone I know.

Colden the tech was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and demonstrated a concern like it was his own issue. Being a property manager I deal with a lot and Colden has moved to the top of the list.

Called and explained the problem. Requested they quote a price for repair. The guy said they were 2-3 weeks behind and didn't have time for that. On top of that, the guy says to me..You've gotta have it done, don't you? You're kidding, right? No thanks.

Scotty did an amazing job installing POC small tank water heater in our garage. Works great and all of the plumbing lines look amazing. He was extremely personable and professional!! Thanks Scotty & Lee Company!!!
