I'm changing my five-star rating to a two star. I'm having trouble with the service now and I've been trying to email them several times and they just won't answer me. And trying to get them on the phone has been any easier.

I am more than pleased with the service we received and especially the hard working tech from Frog. Emergency call at 10 am and a Frog truck in my driveway at 12:30. This young man replaced a burned out meter box and installed a ground wire and had us ready for NES to turn the power back on before 5pm. Awesome job and great customer service. I definitely recommend them for all your electrical needs.

We had a surge/emp protector installed for the whole home. Dante was respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and seemingly took pride in his work. Would definitely recommend and will be using them for my future projects.

I Needed two bathroom faucets leaks repaired. I was told the best solution was to replace the plastic faucet cartridges with metal ones as well as replace the seal and springs. The cost was $412.00 which was far greater then I expected and I declined the service. The representative was very professional and easy to deal with.
