Called at 11:30 and was told a technician was called “who didn’t want to get out of bed.” But was told he “Caleb” was in the way. When he didn’t show after an hour, j is called back and Amanda, who works for a 3rd party company answering phones, had no idea of my initial call and had no idea when someone could get to me while my toilet was leaking from the hose and not stopping when I turned off the water. I then called lee company who got someone out within 30min and fixed the problem. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HILLER company after hours. LEE Company was AMAZING and took care off all my after house needs within a reasonable time and for a reasonable price and they were very easy to communicate with.

Aric did an excellent job. Friendly, efficient and explained what he had done precisely. Will ask for him again when the fall tune up is needed.

Installed three smoke/carbon monoxide devices at my house. Technician was polite and knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely fashion. Matt was super knowledgeable about everything I needed fixed! It started off by me just calling the Hoffman Brothers for toilet and water pressure issues. Within in 30 minutes it made sense to get two new toilets installed along with a new pressure valve. Matt came out and did all of this in less than 4 hours. Thanks to Matt and the Hoffman Brothers I now no longer have knocking pipes after every flush and piece of mind about any emergency shut off situations I may need to take care....oh yeah, he also fixed my gas fireplace on his initial visit in 10 minutes.... overall a great professional experience that was definitely worth the money. Thanks!!!
