Good service and kind people. $75 service fee... but decent turn around on service time (next day), great communication on when tech would be here, who it would be, how much an assessment will cost (love the transparency). Didn't ultimately solve my problem but was a worthwhile first step in the right direction.

Colden the tech was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and demonstrated a concern like it was his own issue. Being a property manager I deal with a lot and Colden has moved to the top of the list.

I called after hours because our ac was out. It turns out the issue was really difficult to diagnose but the after hours tech from lee was so kind(and from calling at 8:30pm he arrived at 8:45pm)and spent awhile trying to find our issue. In the end he couldn’t figure it out and said he’d contact a more experienced tech the next day(he did, but the original company I was using ended up coming back out) I just wanted to thank him for taking the time and being so cool when I’m sure my job was extremely frustrating. Fantastic! fabulous and any other superlative you can think of. I had been without my a/c since the 4th of July. Naturally, I was not pleased. MCA answered my request within minutes and had a crew out here the following morning. The actual crew was efficient, personable and professional. And I was given choices and ended up with an excellent unit at an amazing value.
