Best Drain Cleaning Plumbing in Nashville TN

Mr. Brenton was great at fixing our plumbing issue. Our toilet backed up and water was coming through the drain in our shower. He took care of it and we are so grateful. We tried the other “big companies” in town and they wanted too much money and Mr. Brenton got us taken care of for a cheaper price and much faster than their wait time. I highly recommend him!

Have never had an issue with this company before and have been using them for over 5 years, but this year they were pushing more expensive services and when asked if this price included our annual agreement of $180, they said that it did, but unfortunately I took them at their verbal word and did not read the fine print. The almost $500 did not include the $180. Just a warning to always read before you sign. Sometimes we learn the hard way.

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

We had a bathroom remodel, so we didn't hire them directly. They had to take out the tub and then reinstall. They left a huge hole underneath our house to access the tub and didn't repair it. I went underneath and could feel the air conditioning exiting our house in the crawl space. They had to come back out and fix. When the tub hardware was put back on one of the knobs leaked. It was not leaking before the remodel. They quoted us $325 to come back out and fix something that was working fine before they removed it.

I’m filing my formal complaint with the State of TN. I used them for a sewer line replacement in the beginning of the year. Sewer line backed up again in within 6 months. Spent the past two months trying to resolve it with the “warranty”. In some short words Michael’s Plumbing Service’s customer service and warranty are trash. They do not communicate internally or with the customer, you’ll spend your time and energy away from your job as the project manager of the issue you paid them to fix. You can tell the Scheduler what the issue is and they’re not going to communicate it to the tech they send out so it’s all a waste of time when the tech comes out unprepared. The Service Manager is never there to answer the phone so you get the Scheduler who doesn’t know plumbing. The Service Manager, when he answers the phone, may say that something will get done, but then no one shows up, called the Scheduler and it wasn’t even on the schedule to happen. They do not show up or call to say they’re not showing up. The sewer line warranty is trash. Anyway, more words than I care of use here. Also, I now have to find a company to fix what they refuse to fix under their warranty.

11/21 update: I’ve left messages with your service manager and he never returned them. Neither I nor the tenant have any knowledge of you meeting the city out there and he works from home. As I said, the city informed me the line was my responsibility even under the sidewalk. Anything they told me I told you, to bad that didn’t go both ways. I don’t even know who you talked to that day (whenever that occurred). I have since moved on to another company with more knowledge and willing to help me get a clear sewer line. Also they replaced your out of code 4” clean out near the street with a 6” clean out (gives access to the city to use their equipment without digging up the yard). And multiple plumbers said the 4” near the street wasn’t code. Also, they met with the city and I and the tenant saw that. They provided the city with the access to the sewer line I requested you provide, per the city. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Can't say if service was good or bad. Can say though that I called in twice this morning to schedule an appointment. On both occasions I heard the phone get picked up, and then hung up. I am writing this 1-star review so that the owner will hopefully see it and address this with his staff. We found another great plumber whose office staff is friendly and communicates when we call.

Rocky Top Plumbing is awesome! We were in our house for two years and had no clue where our septic tank was buried. Alex came out and found it in 2 minutes. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Spent 2500.00 on toilet install, toilet kept backing up. Called them back 4 weeks in a row. Then they wanted more money, I did not pay them anymore. New plumber stated that they didn't see that they did any work under the house. They found a large blockage by washer. Something Plumbing Solutions couldn't or didn't even try to find. DO NOT USE PLUMBING SOLUTIONS
