The leak from the hot water facet in my tub was increasing each day without being turned on. Morton Plumbing was cordial when I called and responded immediately. Even a firm I had used and paid in the past promised to come but never did and didn’t call me back with any explanation. Covid 19 was the main culprit but I do appreciate a company that responds and makes every effort to help.

Jealous of the high reviews others have! Hiller may be happy about this temp reading but our family sure isn't. Was told 72 hours was the quickest Hiller could come stand behind their 3.5 year old system. I'm thinking if I were a new customer maybe I'd get better attention. Their competitor came 2 hours after I called. Will cost me a lot more to have someone fix what Hiller is suppose to warranty but isn't in a hurry to stand behind. People on the phone were courteous although losing a customer didn't seem to be a disappointment to one of the reps.

I had an emergency situation with no working bathroom, so I needed someone who could come that day. My regular plumber and another plumber he suggested could not make it till the next morning, and another plumbing company I called never picked up. The Maynard Man really came through, as they made the time to fit me in between calls, made sure my issue was resolved before leaving, and gave me the best service for my situation instead of just trying to do what would probably get me charged the most. Highly recommend and will be calling them first the next time!

Nick was pleasant, professional, and showed up on time. It was nice to receive a text from the company prior to his arrival letting me know that Nick was on his way which also included a picture of him. I would definitely do business with them in the future if the need arises.
