PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Rocky Top Plumbing is awesome! We were in our house for two years and had no clue where our septic tank was buried. Alex came out and found it in 2 minutes. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Not only did Juan quote me an incredibly reasonable price (lower than industry standard) but he only ended up charging me a fraction of that. I was so reluctant to call a plumber due to prices I had been quoted in the past but to my surprise, Mid 10 Plumbing came to the rescue. He was understanding and got the job done quick with plenty of expertise to spare. John Krauss was very professional, he replaced my kitchen faucet and worked on the drain in my bathroom and fixed the stopper in the sink in the spare bathroom. He kept me informed on what he was doing. Will definitely use them again as I will have a couple of more projects down the road.

Our HVAC unit stopped cooling overnight recently and the indoor air temperature was 88 degrees by morning. I called Air Temp and they sent Ashlee a few hours later. He thoroughly checked the unit, cleaned it and replaced a part. His work was professional, courteous and the price was fair. This is the second time I have used Air Temp and am very pleased with their service.
