Company diagnosed and fixed our gas fireplace where we had been quoted high price to have it replaced by someone else. Saved us big bucks and they had to search hard to find the replacement part but we appreciate their hard work for us. Highly recommend Copeland & Son.

Excellent local service. I had a busted water pump that was leaking. They replaced it same day with a much better high pressure pump that is far superior. The technician was very polite, professional & arrived at the exact scheduled time. I had him also look at an improperly installed bathroom sink & he quickly remedied that & found a leak I wasn't even aware of. Great company & great service. I highly recommend them. If I have any HVAC needs in the future I will certainly call them first.

I had tornado damage to plumbing. A tech from RB came out early on the first to give me an estimate. He said he would have written estimate emailed to me. I called on the second letting them know I have not received it. The rep said she saw some estimates. She confirmed my email. Still have not received anything. They must not need the work. Love these guys - they’re the real deal. I could go on & on about all the positives from our experiences but the best part is how consistent they are with their team. The same technician that evaluated our old system & quoted the new one also lead instillation of the new unit, and he’s the one who comes out to service it or inspect any problems. Great continuity. On top of that everyone we’ve interacted with has been excellent - good customer service & obvious expertise in their trade. Thomas, our technician, is a great guy who’s passionate about what he does. 10/10, wish more service companies were run this way.
