I highly recommend Mid 10 Pluming! I called them this morning and they were here in the next hour to diagnosis and fix the issue. Extremely honest group and didn’t try to up sale me on something more than what was needed. I called other plumbers who told me we would have to cut through the wall in order to fix my shower mixer, Justin was able to actually take the time to look at it and determined that was not necessary. Very thankful for their work today!

I had a small leak that I made significantly worse. I had been speaking to Ron about the issue and he had quoted a price. After I made my leak much worse, i texted him with the news. He called me back within 10 minutes and said he would have someone over right away to fix it. That is some GREAT customer service. His team was over within 30 minutes and had the issue resolved along with pointing out some other maintenance issues we weren't even aware of for our future consideration.

Mitch was thorough and professional.

This is a master plumber. There is no better. He has serviced our home and office. Anyone who had less than a stellar experience must have a personal issue. I have had emergency issues over the YEARS and he has saved the day many times. Can not say how much we appreciate his service.

We hired Southern Sun Plumbing to replace several shut off valves that were not in good working order, remove and replace a water filtration system, and replace some hardware on our toilet. Willard did a wonderful job! He was so quick, knowledgeable, and professional. And you couldn't ask for a friendlier and more courteous plumber! We fully recommend this business.

Avantel Plumbing is the go-to company for all of your plumbing installation needs. They recently installed a new bathtub in my home and the results were fantastic. The technicians were skilled and experienced, and they completed the installation in a timely manner.

What a strange experience. Over the phone, they quoted me $80 to replace a wax seal on a toilet, came out pretty quickly, and went to work. After 10 mins, they left without a word. I thought the guys had just gone to their car for a tool or something, but they drove off, no explanation, no bill.

A month later I get a bill for $200!! When I call, no one answers. Next month, another bill. I call again- no answer. I keep calling until I get a lady who tells me they don’t take credit cards, only cash, and I have to bring it to their office.

On my next weekday off, I go to the office, and it’s abandoned. No cars, no lights, nada. I call- no answer. I get a voicemail later, and the lady tells me there’s been a death in the business that’s why they were gone. I try to call back the next day to send my condolences and figure out just what in the hell is going on with this bill. No answer. No callback.

After a few months of silence, I get another bill yesterday. I call today to see if I can come in and talk about this, but the guy says he doesn’t “do money” and they’re about to close anyway. It’s 3pm.

I don’t know what to think at this point. I’m willing to pay the quoted price for services rendered because the repair seems to have been done correctly, but this company seriously needs to work on their professionalism and communication.

Lester & Bryan arrived at our home for a reasonably simple repair, replacing a cracked flange under our toilet. A project we started earlier in the week & decided to let the experts come in and finish... Within 15 mins they were finished with the initial job! We were amazed! They then asked if we wanted them to put everything back together, toilet back etc. & they even swept the floor before leaving! We are so happy with their efficient & excellent work! Reasonably priced too!

This is by far the worst plumbing company. They do not use anyone that even has the slightest idea of what they are doing. They do not stand behind any of their work and warranty is like pulling teeth to even get someone on the phone. They do not care about any of there customers just getting paid. Run the other way as fast as you can if you see them coming. HORRIBLE plumbers. Not even worth a half star.
