No no no!!! Do NOT waste your time or money on this guy! He was so rude to us! Every time my husband had any communication with him, he was a complete jerk! I'm not even sure how he has any clients!

Aside from his attitude, he halfway did a job, then blamed our contractor for everything that went wrong including leaking a gallon of water into our newly renovated bathroom. He ripped off the bead board and left it in pieces (all could have been avoided if he just did what he was supposed to do in the first place) and now we have to pay for materials and labor to replace it.

He also had the nerve to tell my husband we needed to lend him our SUV so he could go run errands for an afternoon when he broke his key to his truck in our driveway. (Didn't even ask us, not that we would have lent it to him anyway) On top of that, he left his truck here for days until the new key came. WHO DOES THAT?!?

He showed up on the days he said he would, but he was at least 45 minutes late both times.

Worst of all, my husband told him we really need him to fix this issue because we're having a party this weekend and our guests will need to use this new bathroom. This party was pretty much the whole reason we are having the bathroom built. He tells us that he doesn't know if he'll have time to fix everything (ALL HIS FAULT BTW) because HIS WIFE is also having a party this weekend. So his personal life comes before his business and his clients. And it doesn't matter to him that we're left SOL.

My husband and I own a business and this is NOT how you treat your customers. Again, I don't know how he gets ANY repeat clients.

On his website, he states that his company treats your home as their own. I would hate to see their home then.

I'm beyond devastated at the situation he has left us in.

Please don't waste your money or time with this guy. He does not know his craft/industry as well as he says he does.

Hired them for leak detection. Tech was friendly, punctual, and professional. He isolated the problems quickly and efficiently, but when it came time to discuss cost to fix the price was significantly higher than I expected. I called a couple other licensed professionals to get a bid and found that the price 615 quoted to me was nearly a $1,000 more than the two other bids I received.

If it wasn't for their prices I would have used them in a heartbeat. Even if they were a couple hundred above the others I likely would have used them as they just seemed trustworthy, but at the end of the day I could not justify an additional $1,000 for this job.

At the end of the day what this company is doing is taking advantage of people who don’t know any better. Since having them out I have found that the work they quoted me astronomically high prices for can be done in roughly twenty minutes for a cost of less than $50.

I will never contact this company again for any plumbing work. Truthfully, I don’t know how one could feel good about conducting business the way they do. It is entirely dishonest and unethical.

Cutler unclogged my main drain pipe outside. He was on time and very curious. Nice personality.

A friend of mine, Charlie Warren, recommended Wayne at Grassland Plumbing to me. Wayne came to my house to look for any leaks. We had thoroughly checked everywhere and there was not any sign of a leak. We didn't see or hear anything. We have had high water bills totaling over $1000 in the past 2-3 months and the water company replaced our meter about a month ago. The individual who replaced it mentioned that one time he was here to check it (I was not home) and the needle was moving and he thought it was very possible it was intermittently malfunctioning. After he replaced the meter, this past months bill is now normal, $62. Wayne, from Grassland Plumbing was here two days ago and checked everything. He checked the hot water heater, he checked the cold water line and the hot water line, he looked around the house, he checked each bathroom and each toilet, he checked by turning on and off the water from the inside and the outside meter, he checked everything. He said there is not a leak in my house and there is not a leak under the slab or anywhere! He told me that in his opinion, the old meter was causing my high water bills. Wayne was very nice and thorough and I appreciate him checking everything! Thank you!

The service technician did a wonderful job! Came Sunday evening, which was great!Found the problem quickly and offered a choice of solutions. Repairs and installation of equipment was expertly done and with great care as to how it looked as well as worked. Explained everything completely. He was very polite, respectful and pleasant. Couldn't have asked for more!

We were renovating our bathroom and discovered that when we turned the water on after removing all the fixtures the shut off valves that capped off the pipe were leaking. We called no problem plumbing and Jason was able to fix it that day so we could turn our water back on. He even stayed after business hours to make sure the job got done. Great service! Great price! Would recommend to family and friends needing plumbing services.

Received a call from Adam at ABC Plumbing Supply, a part I had ordered from another company was mistakenly delivered to them with my name on it. He called me and offered to ship it to me if I was still waiting on it. I had already received the shipment and this was an erroneous duplicate shipment, but the lengths he went to assist someone who wasn't even his customer says a lot about this company.

We purchased a new home with their new state-of-the-art water heater in Nov. 22,2011. So far it has worked great and our water bill has been really low. 1- it is installed in a corner of our garage wall,in a small area,off of the floor. It is a little bigger than an electrical box. 2- It makes hot water as needed. 3- It takes seconds to make hot water. It is a very cost effected system and well worth the money. With the money that you saved compared to a large water heater, it pays for its self in no time. This company stays current on all new future friendly products. For the customer that means the newest system on the market at that time that you need a water heater. As well as cost effective. You buy into the newest of technology when you contact Allegis Plumbing for a job. We moved from Virginia to Tennessee in Nov. 2011 and this technology was very new to us. Great people but I do not know about their service because we have had no problem to contact them about.
