Jake fixed my bathroom plumbing so I can actually use my bathroom sink (YAY!) and temporarily rigged my toilet tilI I figure out what I want to do with it-repair or replace, and actually it's rigged darn good, Jake! Reasonable rates, cleaned up when done - MUCH better than those robbers MSPP&H. Thanks again - will have you back soon for the toilet.

Jeff and the team is very professional! They come out here fast and gave very professional advice and knowledge on what is going on to be able to locate the blockage. Even though the blockage was not able to clear right away, they found multiple solution and best effort to help with the situation. At the end, problem solved. Very good team and good communication! Highly recommended!

Super happy with the responsiveness of the customer service and technician. They are always very timely and it’s appreciated! We had a tech come out and snake our main sewer line. Unfortunately, he forgot to secure the main line cover and we had water coming out into one of our carpeted rooms and will have to replace that carpet now. The tech that came to fix that issue was helpful and timely.

Called requesting consultation for my mothers home after seeing so many positive reviews. The woman on the phone was very nice - I explained to her it was not urgent and she was kind and set us up for Mon/Tues. My mother called on Monday to ask for a time to ensure she would be there and the gentleman she spoke to said i am too busy to do this today... then proceeded to tell us there was a fee for his time.
Called today to let them know that we would no longer be needed their services due to the rude behavior of this man (we do not need to give our limited resources to people like that) and he initially hung up on me because he thought I took to long to talk, then I called back and he pick up the phone frustrated IS ANYONE THERE?
Get a grip dude...you are way to rude to be picking up the phone.
I'd pass on this place, there are plenty of options in the Twin Cities.

Service Star was great! Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Dan, who came to do the work, explained everything clearly. He was able to get everything done in one day, which was faster than I had expected, while still taking the time to do things right and correct some of the quirks of my old house

They did a good job in finding the problem with the sewage and with a reasonable charge. They gave me a solution on how to fix the hole in the pipes. Would highly recommend them for anyone who needs help with the any problem right away.

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

Wonderful, caring attitude. Wore a mask, booties, explained everything throughly. In my opinion went above and beyond to make a happy &satisfied customer. So glad we went with them instead of Home Depot who was more expensive and probably 1/2 the service. Would highly recommend them. Shane is legionary.

I hired this company to unclog my kitchen sink. I initially talked to Joe by phone and he told me they would guarantee to unclog my pipe, which turned out not to be true. Brett came to snake the pipe. He seemed nice and professional. He worked for 1.5 hours and could not fix my pipe. He charged me $300 for it and told me my pipe had corrosion that was preventing the snake to go through. (PS: I hired another company and that was not the case. The pipe was clogged due to thickened cooking oil.) He told me he would charge me $3800 to fix it. This was a high price, but it was in a reasonable range. So, I agreed for him to come back and fix the pipe. He came back with Joe, who sounded more like a slimy car salesman rather than a plumber. He changed his word and told me he was going to charge me $4800 instead of $3800 that Brett promised earlier. He also told me he was not going to clean up after he fixed the pipe and I was responsible to do it myself. In other words, after paying him almost $5000, I had to hire someone else to pour cement and fix the damage. That is just unacceptable. I have no idea how this company is still in business. They really need to get rid of Joe. Brett would do a much better job running the business.

Our plumbing project hit a couple hiccups, but Jason & Dakota worked through them and did a great job! We really appreciate how innovative they were! Would recommend!
