Our household had no hot water and Jake came out on a Saturday to fix the issue! First he asked the right questions and had me text a few photos. Then with a bit more investigation he was able to determine what the issue was - the vapor signal - was emitting. He came over, replaced the part, explained that you can't put paint next to a water heater, which my son did recently while sweeping the utility room. So now we know. Jake was friendly, prompt and helped us understand what needed to be done, I highly recommend him!

You know when someone says they have a go-to local plumber? For me, Erik Nelson Plumbing has become that plumber. They won me over when they expertly replaced all of my homes corroded galvanized steel water pipes for modern pex piping. It was a multiday project and, as often happens when you dig into a 100 year old house, required some on-the-spot decision making. The end result was great, from the grunt work to the fine finishes.

There is nothing like having your water back up on a Sunday morning. We called Roto Rooter and they were able to come out same day. Brian #936 was very prompt and able to find out exactly what the issue was in a timely manner. I was very impressed with his overall knowledge of the issues we were having, he also went over some preventative measures for the other drains in our home. It was great to work with a company and technician who values hard work and wants to educuate you so they do not have to come back for the same issues. Thank you Brian!

Extremely pleased with your service. Brad was wonderful in addressing our concerns and giving us very sound, wise guidance re: to the problem we were having and took care of the laundry tube drain too!! Reasonable price.

The employee was very courteous and professional. The company and employee continued to call with a status of when they will arrive. He worked until the job was completed, which took longer than anticipated. Up front we knew were paying by the job not the hour.

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Quick to show up. Cleared tough clog. Very reasonable rates. Will call every time I have a problem.

Very professional, skilled and efficient.. drain repair, pipe replacement and gas line replacement was all completed same day. Would definitely recommend for future a future service.

Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks don't happen again.

Great communication! From when I made the appointment to when Alan showed up at our house, very clear on time took care of the problem quickly and effectively.

I was referred to this store by a Home Depot employee who told me, If we don't have it, they will.

I don't have anything against Home Depot, in fact I've always found their customer service to be above average, but they can't hold a candle to LeVahn Bros in that arena.

Most friendly/knowledgeable staff that I've dealt with anywhere, hands-down.

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!

Please do your self a favor stay away from this company!!! they came out to clean my sewer line after 3hrs. machine braking down they told me they could not get through the clog. they said they were sending out the camera guy knowing very well he could not see anything with the line filled with water put the camera down the line and said yup it is plugged we will have to dig up your yard for $5.800 and if they had to go into the street it would cost about $14.000, but if i did it right away they would give me a deal. Red Flags!!! so i call another place within 1/2 hour they were through the clog only $200.00.
