I called with an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday evening. They helped me triage the issue over the phone and helped me save hundreds of dollars in water damage and repair. I really appreciated how helpful and kind they were in giving me advice on how to save on an emergency visit too.

Andy, Dave and the whole crew from LeVahn Bros. are great. I had a water faucet in my garage (through finished drywall) that was leaking and Dave was able to cut through and replace the whole thing in around an hour. He even went the extra mile and applied a nice trim ring to the faucet and was extremely careful as he was cutting the drywall so he could put the drywall back. The result was a great working faucet and my cleanup work was essentially non-existent!

I'd definitely recommend LeVahn Bros. to anyone in the northwest metro. Great service like this is hard to come by these days.

Al was awesome, really nice and very informative on how the drain was clogged and recommended things for us to do to prevent the clogging in the future. He also showed us/walked us through how the drains in our house work and let us know that his job was a 6 month gaurentee and that if it clogs again by then to have them come back out for free. I would recommend this company for anything in the future, it didn't even disrupt my work day.

Exceptional experience! Bill (Technician 850) arrived this afternoon and assured me he knew exactly where the kitchen sink leak was coming from. He quoted me an honest price and was up front about the possible issues he may run into, which he did. He happily shifted gears and completed repairs to both sink basins, which wasn't planned. Bill and I had a lovely chat while he worked and he is an exceptional human being. He was so patient when he was explaining what he fixed and why. This was my first experience with Roto-Rooter and I will definitely call again.

Highly recommended!! Very good work, and works quickly! Was less than an estimate I got from someone else, and the work was absolutely first rate. No shortcuts by using sharkbite or anything. I try to do my own easy plumbing projects(fixtures and under the sink stuff), but know my limits and Mike will be my go to for future plumbing needs. When I called the number it went to vmail, I texted the number on the message(or I could have left a vmail) so I could attach pictures, and Mari responded almost immediately with their pricing and what times were available. He showed up early and made sure it was done right. I needed my main shutoff valve replaced(in the house), and they worked with the City to arrange the shutoff from outside the house.

Cyrus replaced an old leaking facet in my utility room with a new one. He arrived on time and was as friendly and professional as the last time he worked in my house, when he replaced the hot water heater. He identified several options for fixing the problem. He told me the cost for each and explained the pros and cons of each approach. That allowed me to choose the best option for my budget. I also appreciated how careful Cyrus was working in my house. He's done several jobs for me and the quality of his work is consistently excellent. That's why he's always my first choice when I need a plumber.

Just called for a quote to save you the trouble: $139/hr, minimum one hour, charged in 15 minute increments after first hour. Time starts when they leave their shop until they return to their shop- so you better hope the traffic isn't bad.

Extra for parts.

For comparison, Home Depot quoted me a straight $149 for a kitchen faucet install.
