Best Water Pressure in Minneapolis MN

I chose Jake the Plumber simply because I saw one of their vans at our neighbor's house a couple weeks before. I believe our plumber's name was Rick. He was incredibly professional and personable. We had a drippy old spigot and the shut off valve to the outside water was also dripping in my basement. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do, discussed potential issues that may come up in the process, and in the end, delivered on his promises in a very timely manner. His work was super clean, my problem was solved, and I was better educated by the time he left. Also, the new spigot is much better than the one I had before. I would hire them again without hesitation!!

Our drains have been running slow since the spring flooding. Called Rotorooter and they were at the door in 20 minutes. The tech (2766) discussed our possibilities of problems and potential solutions. He got to work and the drains are now working great!

Had my 15+ year old water heater replaced today by Norblom Plumbing. When I called earlier in the week with questions about the run needed for a powered damper (my previous heater had a very shallow angle), Mike had me take pictures, fully assessed my needs and set up an appt to get the water heater replaced just 3 days later. The installer arrived today - 40 mins early (but he called first and asked permission to come early) - and he had scheduled help to have him remove my old water heater and bring the new one in to the basement. They laid down painters cloth to protect my carpeted stairs and completed the job in just over an hour. My wife and I were shown how this unit works - it's damper is powered compared to my previous unit -- and all works great. The team fully cleaned up the work area and filled out my Xcel Energy rebate form for me to send in for a $150 rebate (done!).

Overall - very happy with the service, speed, friendliness. Would call them again without reservation.

Before, I had a service scheduled and it was missed. It was awesome that the owner called me personally and apologized. He had a couple guys out here the next day and my leaking shower has now been taken care of!

My neighbors late at night on Saturday had a clogged drain in the basement bathroom, they called me to help them (because it was later at night) and because no advertised 24/7 plumbers or drain specialist like Roto-Rooter would come out that night and help them, in fact, the earliest anyone would come out and take a look at their drain problem was Monday or Tuesday.

So I helped them clean the bathroom and bucket out all of the access water.

When I got home, after midnight, I called Cutting Edge Sewer and left a message with Joe on his cell phone.

The next morning, which was Sunday, Joe the owner called me back and told me that he could send someone buy noon, so I called my neighbor he contacted Joe and at about ten minutes before noon Chris, one of Joe's employees, arrived at my neighbors house.

Chris was very professional, efficient, and polite, Chris found the problem gave my neighbor an estimate of the repairs to remove the toilet and snake out all the drains.

My neighbor agreed to the amount for the repairs and Chris within a couple of hours had cleared all of the drains reinstalled the toilet and was packing up his tools.

As Chris was leaving he gave us business cards so we would now have a plumber that would come out 24/7 as advertise, and help us out of any future plumbing issues.

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!

Really good communication from the start. The plumber was prompt and fixed our issue immediately. The flat rate was pretty high but, considering we called other plumbers who couldn’t see us for at least a day, it was almost worth it.

We had a terrible leak in a second floor bathroom. We were able to stop it in time by closing the shut off valve. (N.B.: always know where you shut off valves are).

A real person answered the phone on a Sunday. My main drain was backed up and they were the only ones able to come out to my home quickly and at an affordable rate on a Sunday afternoon. I’m thankful you guys were able to help me!! Super friendly phone & repair staff too!! A++++
