Completely saved us this morning with a severely clogged toilet. He was at our place within 12 minutes, and quickly and efficiently fixed the issue (which included removing the toilet and putting it back on!). Joe was the dude, and was extremely professional and nice. Would highly recommend.

We had a partially blocked floor drain which was not an emergency but we were able to make an online appointment for the next day. As promised, we were notified of the serviceman's arrival time. Brian (#936) was our service guy. He was prompt, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was very respectful of our home and provided information on what we could do to prevent future service calls. Within an hour we were good to go and Brian was on his way. Thanks for the great service!!

They fixed a leaking pipe and also a drain that was not working. Happy it was fixed but It was extremely expensive. It cost us $2300.

We found Harrison Plumbing on the internet and decided to go with it. Harrison came to the house and he was very knowledgeable. He simply explained to me what the problem is and why it was creating the leak. He was very easy going and easy to talk to. He responded fast and he was able to get the job done within a few hours. I would recommend him for any plumbing issues you may have.

I called Rod (the Sewer Dude) on a Friday afternoon to clean out my floor drain. I was thinking I would have to book the job out a week as this was not an emergency. He was at my house 3 hours later! The job was completed in an hour. He even took the time to talk to me about drain maintenance and strategies to prevent clogs in the future. I will definitely being calling Rod in the future when I have any drain issues.

Sewer lined backed up and I needed help fast. Rotor Rooter was very prompt, with great communications. I was given a call 30 minutes before the arrival time to ensure I would be available. The service man took great pains to make sure he was solving my problem in the least expensive manner. After it was discovered that there was still some blockage, he came out the next week to finish the job at no cost.

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
