Talk about right away! We had a main line backup on Super Bowl Sunday, and Pablo was able to come out and correct our problem within 45 minutes. Very friendly, professional, clean, and fast. We really appreciated not having to worry about the problem going into the work week.

I love this place. The tall guy is very helpful. Sorry don’t know his name. He has helped me twice in the last month. Once to get a part for my water heater and the other for abs pipe. He helped explain what I needed to do to fix the leaky pipe. The prices are a little more but for the knowledge they provide and convenience it’s totally worth it.

I called for someone to come out and unclog my kitchen drain. Timely arrival, friendly, professional. This guy even CLEANED UP the mess afterward. I was thoroughly impressed.

Bryan was great as was Matt. I had a lot - 10k worth of electrical work done in my house in Jan. Part of the work was checking the wiring at every single light, outlet and light switch. With professional service in mind the technicians made sure the finials were REALLY tight. Unfortunately they tightened them like a tire technician tightens lug nuts and so when I needed to re-place the lightbulbs recently I could not get one of the light fixtures off. So Brian came over to fix it. What was even better was that Deans (Matt) realized this visit was necessary because of their technicians work they waived the $225 diagnostic fee. In my opinion a reasonable decision.

Mike is great to work with and a Master Plumber so he knows his trade well. I would use him again. He is a good value compared to some of the bigger plumber companies. It is best to go on-line and book a service then he or his wife will text you with a few questions and you can text back. Don't expect to call in for service and get a person on the phone right away - there system works best via web site and texting after the service call is locked in on their master calendar that you choose the dates that work best for you.

Had a sump pump pipe burst late last night (with water going everywhere) and Ken’s Sewer Service had a specialist out to the house within an hour. Upon inspection, the specialist ultimately determined that the pump needed to be replaced... and installed a working solution to get us thru the night and stabilized until a new pump could be installed later the next day. No one answered or even returned our calls in our emergency... but Ken’s Sewer Service did. Professional, quality work, and friendly. 5 stars.

In and out in under an hour and $672 to replace a small chunk of 3/4 copper piping. Very expensive. I will not be using them again. I do not recommend.

Very unprofessional. Could not even have a conversation about pricing over the phone. Stated that someone needs to come out before they could supply a quote. You should be able to at least tell me what a new water heater is going to cost +/- $500.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
