Dan J saved the day! Our water main sprung a leak and he was out to the house right away. He was so friendly, helpful and made quick work of the repair. Reasonable pricing too. 100% recommend TJK to anyone in need of a plumber!

Had some issue with our main line and I had called them up, the next day they arrived on time and were very nice! Told us and showed us what was going on! Reasonably priced too! Definitely recommending to my friends!

TJK pluming was out and did another great job. Kyle was here on time and did an great job. He was able to come the same day I called about a backed up bathroom sink. I highly recommend them. This was the third time they helped me with this old house. I can't remember who was here before but Sid and Kyle were both helpful and helped me feel good about their work.

On New Years eve, our floor drain in the basement backed up. I called a company I had previously used. They said they couldn't come out until Monday and there was no way I wasn't going to use my plumbing for 4 days! I called Ken's and they showed up within the hour, fixed the problem and were incredibly affordable! Definitely will use them again but hopefully won't have to!

Original service call was on a Saturday which would incur an extra $50 charge, for a slow draining kitchen sink, and a clogged basement floor drain. Rod J. came out and spent roughly 2 plus hours working on both issues. He admitted defeat on clearing the kitchen sink drain, apparently due to the way the piping was laid out behind walls, etc. He recommended having my plumber come out and looking at it further, and did not charge me for his effort. Then he went to work on the basement floor drain, and after considerable effort, admitted defeat there, too. That clog there seems to have been there for years, way longer than we've lived in the house, and was apparently incorrectly addressed by a plumber called in during the closing process three years ago. The main drainpipe is where the clog is, but the condensation can still get through the bypass. A good repair for that (tearing up the floor to replace the piping) would have been a horrendous cost to me, but he did recommend a fix, (for the occasional mild sewage smell which prompted the original call in the first place) that when I applied the next day, seems to be working. While I am disappointed the original clog issues were not resolved, Rod took care in explaining what he was doing, the difficulties he had to address, and the reasons why he could not resolve those issues. It was also nice to see the bill reduced by not charging me for the effort on the kitchen sink drain, and not charging the extra $50 weekend service fee. I was satisfied he had done his best, and have no reason not to call on them again if necessary.

Performed main line sewer camera inspection in a concise, friendly, and informative manner. Made recommendations for clean out and repair based on age of the pipe.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
