I agree with most of the comments on the over charged for the work from MN Plumbing and Heating. I'd similar experienced, which a leak on one of the bathroom copper pipe that requires attention. Then contacted MPH for the first time. Jeff was the tech who turned up the next morning. He had suggested I'll need the copper pipe replaced to fix the problem, since he'd noticed the main water valve was shut off at that time. Then, he shows me the quote $741 price tag. He then further explained the complications of the work to be done, which kind of a sales tactic in my opinion. Due to zero knowledge in plumbing and was presented with not much of an option, I agreed to proceed. By the way, I was even more surprised when the job was completed in an hour.

All said and done I'd shared my experienced with friends and through asking around all of them concluded that I'd over paid for the service.

I am changing the review to 4 after received a follow up call from Bob at MPH office, which we both workout through the situation with the payment disagreement. I would have gave it a 5, if the service guy could have worked with me on an agreeable payment term.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

I called Discount Plumbing because my sinks were backing up. They said they could have someone out in a few hours. I had them come the next morning. I was given a window of 8-11am and a quote over the phone. At 8:10am I received a call from Mike, my plumber that he was 20 mins away. He arrived exactly 20 mins later. Mike was friendly and worked fast. He got the drains moving in about 30 mins. Price was exactly what I was quoted. No hidden fees. Mike cleaned up after himself too. Will definitely use Discount Plumbing again.

Had two great experiences with these guys. The owner is very up front and honest, prompt responses, and did a great job with the clean. Reasonable prices, great service. I have used other companies in the past but will definitely use them going forward. Had such a great experience, it even prompted me to leave a review.

Dave was awesome! He quickly help diagnose what was wrong with our kitchen faucet and fixed it. He was on time, communicated clearly, and knew what he was doing.

We had a video inspection of our septic line, was told by Joe that it showed roots in line. Based on those results we had a company come and dig up line and found that there were no roots in line, and pipe was not compromised in any way!!! Beware!!'

I can't say enough great things about Nate who helped us. He really went out of his way and was so nice and respectful. I've dealt with a lot of plumbers and he was the most genuine and they are very reasonable.

Fast, same day service to thaw my frozen line. A little expensive, but what isn't these days.

Called Guy's at about 3:30 on a Friday afternoon to clear a clogged bathroom sink. Wyatt arrived at our home in about 40 minutes and had the drain cleared in less than an hour. Excellent, efficient, and courteous service on the phone and in person. They earned all 5 stars.

Djordje came out to work on an issue with my plumbing. I don't know about you, but I feel pretty miserable about things in general when I have to call someone to investigate problems with my plumbing. Djordje put me at ease right away. He was professional, matter of fact and a really nice and interesting guy. He went through all the potential issues and gave great advice. He fixed my plumbing issue quickly when it turned out to be something pretty straightforward and I couldn't be happier with the visit.
