I had several alarms beeping in my house. We called Minnesota Plumbing and Heating, they were super helpful, and it turned out it was our carbon monoxide alarm. They walked us through exactly what we needed to do. Their staff is really friendly and we'll use them again in the future.

My experience with Roto Rooter wasn't good, plain and simple. I called for a garbage disposal 'fix' and they booked the appointment. On the phone the lady said she didn't have any pricing for fixing or replacing a garbage disposal. Tech showed up and he read me the cost of replacement $600 off a price list. Why couldn't the rep tell me this? So the total cost of the unit is $180 + $600 replacement. Didn't even offer to inspect it or repair it. Denied the service but still had to pay a $69 trip fee. Had the rep told me what to expect I would've never wasted anyone's time. That rep had access to a price list, just didn't want to tell me. It's a scam and I will never go through this company again.

I love Roto Rooter. Professional dispatch, toilet clog was fixed within a couple hours of my call on a Sunday morning. Plumber explained the problem. Perfect clean up. I highly recommend them!

Had new water heater installed Sept 2020.. Manufacturer Controller failed in April of 2021.. Nordblom team were able to find the part and installed in the same day... Shout out to Amy and Mike for persistence and flawless communication to get this repair resolved... TY Brian

very pleased! less than 24 hours after I called to schedule a service visit, we have been educated and serviced and received reasonable quotes for a drinking water filtration system. all of my interactions have been productive and courteous and reliable. I couldn’t be happier.

First of all I spoke with 2 different women for a tech to visit. They were so friendly and efficient , that I felt good about the company I had hired to come out out for a furnace check up. The tech sent me his picture by email and arrived on time. He gave my furnace a very through check up and replaced a defective humidifier control. I signed up for a yearly check up for $60 and that saved me some money even on this visit. So I think it was a good deal. This was overall a good experience working with Gens-Ryan.

I waited to write my review to make sure everything continued working, a couple months ago I had to replace some outlets, I had Brian come out and give me a estimate, it was a little more then what I had set aside, but Brian said, what if I do a few of the outlets today, then sign you up for the Deans home plus service plan, then I'll come back out and finish the other outlets then you can get the discounted price. So I did that and all my outlets are working still and I have to say he new his stuff. So in a couple months I'll call Brian back up to finish the other couple outlets and my Family room will be completed in the basement. When I went on the website I saw there was a coupon for $59.00 off any job so kind of disappointed I didn't get that taken off my bill, but when he comes back out i'll ask him about that this time. So moral of the story would I call Deans again yes, If you need electrical done, ask for Bryan P.

Dan did a fabulous work at my duplex replacing the shower valve of the bathtub. The guy was extremely friendly and the company responded very quickly to my request! The two technicians that came before Dan, Ruben and another guy, were great too. Would use again and would recommend!

We noticed water in our basement almost instantly, called roto rooter right away and they had someone out to my house in like 30 minutes. Jordan recognized the problem right away and got to work. He called out for a water cleanup specialist to assess the damage and Brian came out right away. The process was expensive unfortunately but they made it smooth and as painless as possible! Would recommend.
