Best Sump Pump Drain in Minneapolis MN

I manage a 64 unit, 8 building townhome complex where we recently had a commercial water heater fail. It was on a Friday. I contacted this company due to their proximity to the complex. At mid day they sent a tech out to inspect the unit. By 5 pm they had a new water heater on deck and a plan to return in the early morning for a full replacement, which was completed by ten AM. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

They arrived late, but did an excellent job. Professional and friendly.

Roto Rooter came out same day and cleared the drain quickly at the price he estimated. Andrew is a friendly guy who knew how to do the job well.

Herlee was professional, courteous solved the issue.

Decent work, poor accountability. Mistakes were made that required just a bit more communication or attention to detail. Unfortunately this required return trips to fix and they were not available or willing to make themselves available to make up for this, even after politely explaining our frustration. I expected more from a plumber that costs $200 per hour.

James was prompt, personable, professional and informative. After the sewer pipe inspection, he walked through some plans I have to improve two bathrooms in my old house. When the time comes to make the dream a reality, I will surely ask to have him come in for a formal bid and, probably, to do the plumbing part of the job.

Excellent work and able to respond quickly to our failed sump. $136/hour for labor charge when tech was onsite for 25 mins? Will go elsewhere in the future.

They had the right equipment and great expertise. Timing is everything and the jetting team was available quickly. They did the complete job and showed the results. Excellent service overall and I will use them again.

Dan was so detailed and knowledgeable, leaving nothing unmeasured. We spent over an hour discussing the various issues and projects to plan for. He was also authentic. I had ALOT of questions and topics to discuss. Dan was great at educating me along the way.

FRAUD ALERT!!! ROB from this company is a scammer. If you have a drain blockage, he will say that cleaning the pipe didn't fix it and they will have to redo your sewer pipes or tear up your front yard to fix the problem. He tried to do that to me, and they just did it to my friend.

Removed and Replaced Hot Water Heater. Original ruptured at midnight and I got appt. confirmation for that morning. Great communication and prompt service.
