Best experience I’ve had with a plumber. Professional, thoughtful, courteous. Stew (Stu?) went out of his way to make sure I understood what was happening and when, and took care to ensure that our cats didn’t sneak out and that our home stayed clean.

The price was also excellent. $1500 for a new water heater, installation, and removal of the old water heater. I feel that this is as cheap as this could possibly be (especially considering a local plumbing chain wanted to charge us $4500 for the same job), and to also have the experience be fast and professional makes this a 5-star business.

They did the job right, on time, and right on budget without any upsells or BS. These are real Plumbers. I’ll recommend them to everyone.

I had a cracked line in the bathroom that blew apart and water started flooding the room. I shut the water off and called for an appointment. I was able to get an appointment for that afternoon. I received a call in the morning of an opening earlier, I said yes. Dave arrived and assessed the situation. He explained what needed to be replaced, cost and that I was lucky. This could have broke loose when I was out and it would have flooded the house. He fixed it, he had time left if I needed anything else done. So I had him check a slow draining tub. In a bit he had it draining like new and no additional charge. Dave was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.It was a pleasure to receive such great service.

Probably not the cheapest service, but MSP Plumbing Heating Air was very reliable a few different times for various calls that I've put in. Always friendly scheduling staff and the plumbers are terrific. Would recommend for your needs.

We had repeated problems with a backed-up toilet and had plumbers out many times to clear the clogs. Rob and Jose from General Rooter not only removed the clog but also determined why the toilet was clogged so often. By running their fiber optic camera down the pipe, they found two what they called “bellies,” low spots where the pipe had sagged and didn’t drain properly. This, along with cracks seen in the video, requires us to excavate the cement slab to replace the pipe, and Rob referred us to a plumber they trusted to do the job well.

They could have just cleared the clog but went further to provide a solution to prevent reoccurrences. Thank you General Rooter!

Please do your self a favor stay away from this company!!! they came out to clean my sewer line after 3hrs. machine braking down they told me they could not get through the clog. they said they were sending out the camera guy knowing very well he could not see anything with the line filled with water put the camera down the line and said yup it is plugged we will have to dig up your yard for $5.800 and if they had to go into the street it would cost about $14.000, but if i did it right away they would give me a deal. Red Flags!!! so i call another place within 1/2 hour they were through the clog only $200.00.

We had two drains that needed clearing - first off, they were VERY accommodating with our schedule. We only had a small window of when we got home from work & when our infant twins go to bed to have someone come in. Rotorooter understood our situation and had someone at our door in one hour. Dave was awesome - super professional, quick, didn't get annoyed with our questions and got the job done. Used a coupon that got $50 off our bill which was also nice. Will use them again in the future for our plumbing needs!
