Best Sewer Pipes in Minneapolis MN

We've used TJK for 3 projects at our home now, each time has been with a different tech/plumber and each time we have been entirely satisfied with the professionalism and quality workmanship. This time Brad and Dan came and within 4 hours they had the old water heater out and a new one installed and running. They even tidied up the gas line that feeds the water heater freeing up some space in the wall and making it look much better.

Jake fixed my bathroom plumbing so I can actually use my bathroom sink (YAY!) and temporarily rigged my toilet tilI I figure out what I want to do with it-repair or replace, and actually it's rigged darn good, Jake! Reasonable rates, cleaned up when done - MUCH better than those robbers MSPP&H. Thanks again - will have you back soon for the toilet.

When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

Dan was great! We had a water heater crack that was leaking water and he was able to come out the same day I called. He arrived early and was able to fix everything for us within a few hours. We had a sewer line cleaning and camera done by Discount Plumbing in March 2020. They came in and did their job, but afterwards we noticed that we had a drip in the main water supply line which sits a few inches away from the sewer access point. The leak was not there before the sewer line cleaning. When I took a closer look at the source of the leak and touched the pipe, the pipe burst, and we had water flooding our basement without a way to turn it off (the pipe break was near the basement floor next to the sewer access and before our main water shut off valve). It was terrifying. It took 45 minutes for the city of Minneapolis to get to our house and shut off water from the street, but by then we had 5 inches of standing water in our basement. This ended up costing us many thousands of dollars to fix the broken plumbing and dry out our basement, not to mention the trauma of the water blasting out of the broken pipe and inconvenience of not having water for a few days. The company we hired to repair the main water line also believed it was highly likely that the pipe was damaged during the cleaning. Their sloppy work with the cleaning tools and camera cost us a lot of money and I absolutely will not be using Discount Plumbing in the future.

Nick and Doug were awesome- they were very professional- walked me through everything at the end- also shout out to the other 3 members of there team- we had electrical- air duct cleaner and other helper- everyone was so kind and dealt with our 2 dogs- I would definitely recommend !!

I called right away in the morning because my main sewer line was blocked. Within an hour (maybe even less) Dan came out to take care of the problem. They were very reasonably priced, respectful of my home and did not try to up sell me (he only made recommendations) like I have experienced in the past. I will be using them again!

Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.

They were a subcontractor for another plumbing company...came out same afternoon and got our drain running....he did a excellent job...he cleaned the entire area it looked good drain works fine....when it came time to pay bill was $26.00 higher than I was told on phone....after the guy that was hear called he was told that they charge the lower price but when they are call by another company the price go up...I said I was only going to pay lower and the office agreed to that as it was there mistake...when it came time to pay cash or check.....I asked about card and he said he could call it in...but his boss said no card ,cash or check...then he had no change.....got him paid
If I use them again I will have small bill to pay in Cash
