TJK does it again! Daniel and Tim came out to install a water heater in my (old) new house and flush my main drain. Super thorough, professional and smart! These guys above and beyond. I used them at my old house and now will at the new one to. Customer for life!

Just had Jake The Plumber over to fix what we thought would be an easy leak in our sink drain. Plumber Paul came over and was very cordial and transparent about estimated costs, he definitely had his work cutout for him as our issue had to do with a newly installed vessel sink. Overall I was very impressed with the service and professionalism and would highly recommend Jake The Plumber to family and friends.

Worst experience I've ever had with a plumber. They charged $475+ to give me an estimate. When I called Mike the general manager all he wanted was to talk about it from his company's perspective. Hilarious.

I experienced same day professional service for a reasonable price.

Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

The people we had out did great. The cost was overpriced and I was very disappointed in that aspect. They told us a new value would be $400 more than if we were to use our old. We tried to use our old and they said it was corroded, which I get. He went and picked up the valve kit, I looked it up later and it was $50 at home depot...Not sure how a company can just do this to someone. I am not impressed.

They fix the problem and the person they sent out was absolutely wonderful he explained to me what he was going to do. He was very polite and a pleasure to have in my home. I would definitely recommend this company.

Was assigned to this contractor by a home warranty company. Was told to call if I didn’t hear from them in one business day. I gave them 2. Called 2 times, texted, had my landlord call with zero response. After a week I found someone else to fix it on my own. That is horrible customer service, to not even be acknowledged. Choose another company.
