I was very pleased with the work that Minnesota Plumbing and Heating did for me. They were easy to work with, did not leave a mess after installation and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Just had Jake The Plumber over to fix what we thought would be an easy leak in our sink drain. Plumber Paul came over and was very cordial and transparent about estimated costs, he definitely had his work cutout for him as our issue had to do with a newly installed vessel sink. Overall I was very impressed with the service and professionalism and would highly recommend Jake The Plumber to family and friends.

Darrell was quick to the scene! I called and they came in under an hour. Our basement was flooded with sewage and they took great care of us and made sure we knew what was going on!

Can say enough great things about right away sewer and drain cleaning. Called on a sunday and they came to our house within the hour. They then spent the next two and a half hours cleaning out the main line. Best part was the price i was told on the phone was exactly what they charged me. I will definitely be having them back out next time I need service and recommending them to others.

I have used Janecky plumbing for several projects and they have exceeded my expectations every time. They do great work are respectful and clean. I recently had a neighbor call with an AC emergency on a 100 degree day. They called me for a referral. I texted Janecky for them and they came out and within hours of me calling. Most AC companies would have said your unit is too old and try to sell a new one. But they fixed the problem. They have compassion and the knowledge to to do what was right. Thanks Dave!

We've needed to call Roto-Rooter twice since we purchased our 100+ year old house. Once on a Sunday late afternoon (when family was in town and with a sick baby), and once Christmas Day. They are always professional. They are wonderful and friendly even on weekends and holidays when dealing with stressed-out homeowners. The most recent Sunday afternoon technician (Steve #655) cleaned out the first floor kitchen drain quickly and efficiently. We wouldn't work with any other plumbers!

I went into the basement to start a load of laundry. I have done that a million times without turning a light on. So I heard and felt the wet floor before I saw it. Lights on to view the laundry room caused me to freak out. Was that what I though it was... Oh s*** it was. Then I went to the basement bathroom. 😳It was the holiday weekend. Roto Rooter was open and had crews ready to help. I believe the first person showed up in 30 minutes.Brian arrived to assess the situation. I said he was an angel to help us deal with this mess. He talked about options to snake the drain. He told me if potential issues (additional costs) that might happen if he was not successful using the secondary value. Good news he was able to clean both the main and the laundry pipe. He was very knowledgeable. He was professional. He was compassionate as my basement was a mess and to be honest not ready to spend my holiday weekend dealing with this. He recommended an additional services that was included in the house visit.Very happy with prompt and professional service.

Corey and his team were incredible. We had our septic go out and in less than 24 hours he showed up, did the work, checked to make sure nothing was missed, cleaned up --best of all his service, attitude, capability were incredible. I called Matt on a Sunday night after a DIY project went bad. While he didn’t have anyone available to send out that night, he did talk me through what I needed to do to resolve the problem myself and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was taken care of. Great service!
