I have used several plumbers in the past and TJK plumbing is the only one I will call back. Reasonably priced and quality work. Brad was great - showed me exactly what he was going to do and why, plus the area was cleaner when he left than when he started. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I'll start by saying that I have not yet used Jake for our plumping issue, but the five stars are for the 20 minutes he spent with me on the phone. I called him from California to discuss a possible sewer problem on a home we purchased for my son in St Paul. Jake was absolutely wonderful in discussing possible fixes, keeping the cost as low as possible, and just all the time he spent with me on a busy work day. I've been a home and business owner in California for over 45 years and have had a lot of interaction with plumbers, and none have been so pleasant and understanding about throwing money at something that is not yet a problem. I will definitely hire Jake to do the work for us once the property closes.

Prompt, quality service. I have preventative maintenance done on my sewer line every few years, as the clay sewer pipe is old, and there are always some tree roots venturing into the pipe. Derek arrived promptly, got right to work, and had the 100 foot line cleaned and the project finished within an hour. Skilled, reliable, clean, and fast. Thankyou!

Chew was great! He did a safety check, hot water tank maintenance, replaced a water line valve & worked really hard to clear our kitchen sink drain line. A lot of built up grease over 24 yrs & 3 different homeowners. Our construction company hired Joe come to pinpoint the clog underneath the foundation. Joe did not hesitate to answer texts and calls, and he even came back to help us. He took the shovel and started helping us find the clog which was within a foot of his mark in the direction that we did not dig.
The best part Joe didn't charge for the come back trip even though we offer to pay for it.

Main line was backed up and began flooding the basement. Called at 7:30AM and Wyatt was here by 8:30AM to solve the problem. He's been here twice to fix drain problems and I couldn't recommend him more. Very professional, personable, and hard worker.

I felt like the technician had a attitude off the top from the time he walked in until he left. And your prices are OUTRAGEOUS! I have had two sump pumps replaced in the last 21 years and not once did it cost $1300 that is almost 3 times the cost to replace. The labor alone is less than 1 hour. I will not use your company nor will I refer you.

We had a plumbing situation on a Sunday afternoon and the person I spoke to over the phone was awesome! Kind, friendly, polite, and had great information. I wish I could say the same about our service technician - although he arrived to the house earlier than expected, he was rude and non-welcoming, as if we were disrupting his day by having him come out and assist us. While my husband and I discussed the potential option of going with another service that could have been cheaper, the service tech butted into what was an obviously private conversation stating condescending phrases such as Oh, I'm here already you might as well have me do this now, and You know that company charges such-and-such a fee, right? Anyways, it was hard to feel comfortable with him servicing our household with such a condescending and rude tone. I appreciate Roto-Rooter coming out on a Sunday afternoon for help, but I'd recommend training your service techs in customer service first.
