Very good service and arrived when expected. The only complaint I have is the price. All I needed was a sink line snaked. A very easy job for a professional with commercial equipment that took an hour of dragged out labor. I attempted to use a regular snake with an old fashioned bent bar for a crank only to hit a dead end without clearing the clog. If you have the same issue I did, you're much better off heading to a rent-a-center to get a power snake auger, educating yourself on YouTube for an hour or so beforehand, and doing it yourself. I will definitely look around more the next time I absolutely need a plumber.

The drain in the laundry room was clogged, which was allowing water to pool in our basement. The technician that came out, Brian, came and took a look and had it cleared in about an hour. He was professional, walked me through everything that he had done, and gave me some tips to help prevent further plumbing issues.

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

We had a leaky toilet and one of the gals at my wife's work said she had used Kelly Plumbing in the past and they did a good job. Based on the referral, I gave them a call. Barb picked up the phone and had a great demeanor. Very patient and caring. When the plumber arrived, (Mark) he wasted no time in taking a look at the issue. He was very methodical. Explained what the problem was. Took the time to look through an online site to help me choose a replacement toilet. Stayed after to chit-chat. Turns out he knows our master electrician, who is also an old-school let's do this on a hand-shake kind of guy. If I sound incoherent, it's because Mark just left, and I'm typing out my Google review as quickly as I can! I will be calling Kelly Plumbing and asking for Mark specifically when my replacement toilet comes in. If anything, I'll update my review in a couple of days.

Great family owned business. Plumber, one of the Hovde sons, was terrific, and very quick. I had a blown water heater and that had to be replaced. They were here the next morning, worked hard, and even came in $200+ under the initial estimate. Couldn't be more pleased. My neighbor got a bid for the exact same water heater and it came in more than twice as much as my bid from a family owned business. SHOP LOCAL, SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!

I had Kal's out to fix several problems with my irrigation system. They provided high-quality, fast, and friendly service. I love that they do not charge you a trip fee (other than a small fuel surcharge) if you live within a certain area. Was only charged by the hour and for parts. After they completed their repairs I was given very thorough instructions for how to prevent the same problems in the future. I will definitely be using them again for my future plumbing needs.

When a major leak arises in your home, it's never a good time! We immediately had called street plumbing from a friend referral. They had sent a gentleman out by the name of Tom We have had a few other plumbers in our home before for unrelated issues and Tom has been the absolute best plumber we have ever worked with. He was knowledgeable, friendly and even interacted with our young child, which was very important to us to make us more comfortable with the entire unfortunate situation we were experiencing. We will be using street moving forward if we ever need again, we will always request to work with Tom in the future! Thank you To Chris in the office for making the payment process easy, and most importantly Tom for helping us in such a stressful time!

2017 I did Phase I of a big renovation and spent 19K with Steinkraus and when I got the bill I asked for back up documentation to support the invoice and was given the run around and an answer well we aren't the cheapest plumbers and we need to cover overhead. When we started Phase II we really like the plumber and thought let's give them a second try and asked for another person to be our contact. They sent the owner Merle and he did a bid which we signed but stated we were concerned that some of Phase III might be included but were told don't worry we will be fair and take care of you. When I got the 17K bill I had kept track of all the hours. I am about 5K in the dark how they came up with the total and they refuse to itemize the invoice. My advise is if you work with them it is time and materials and you ask for documentation. The time spent on site for Ryan was a total of 67 x $135.00 = $9045.00 plus $1000.00 Material plus fixtures $2440.00 =$12, 485.00. Even if you added on a 20% management fee it still would be below the $17,210.00 invoice I received. So basically they charged me $205.00 an hour? I just wish they felt the need to walk me through all the charges but they have no interest. The good news we think our plumber was great just not the front office. The bad news is we have Phase III and can't use them. 5 Stars for plumbing!
