Our tech, Brad, was at our home within 3.5 hrs of requesting an appointment. He was efficient and helpful (checking to be sure nothing leaked following the snake through our drain) and also helped us get our garbage disposal working again to ensure the entire drain/system was in working order. Appreciate the quick response and fix over the weekend!

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

Service Star did the disconnect for a full kitchen remodel, then reconnected everything and installed a new disposal, sink and faucet. The owners, Nathan and Jodi, were responsive, friendly, and professional, throughout a very lengthy remodel. The price was competitive; I was impressed with the quality of the work and appreciated the respect shown for my home. We hired JD Plumbing because of his reputation and fair prices to plumb up an exterior irrigation system. He did not disappoint. He was well organized, had a clear vision on how to it, got right to work and even cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend his services.

We were leaving for a trip and were having issues with our trailer hitch being too low. We stopped because it was the first hardware store we found. We looked and realized we only needed to flip the ball for added height. (Dumb on my part) We didnt have any tools so we went in to purchase some large wrenches. They asked what we needed them for and after explaining the situation, they told us to forget about the wrenches, just bring in the hitch. They took it in back and fixed it for us. Couldnt believe they said no to a sale just to help us! We decided to buy a bunch of food, pop and some random tools on my wish list just to support them! Great place with old family values, hard to find these days, keep up the hard work!!!

Called Kal's to get a new kitchen faucet installed and diagnose some low flow issues on the hot water.

They were great! Plumber (Mason, i think?) showed up right on time, got the new faucet installed in an hour and diagnosed the low flow issue just as quick.

I have used Janecky plumbing for several projects and they have exceeded my expectations every time. They do great work are respectful and clean. I recently had a neighbor call with an AC emergency on a 100 degree day. They called me for a referral. I texted Janecky for them and they came out and within hours of me calling. Most AC companies would have said your unit is too old and try to sell a new one. But they fixed the problem. They have compassion and the knowledge to to do what was right. Thanks Dave!

Bryan - our electrician, was OUTSTANDING. Great communicator, knowledgable, courteous, upbeat, thoughtful, & very professional. I believe by coming out the next day after my call - he prevented a house fire. It was wonderful to have him come on a Saturday and not to have to pay for a weekend service. I was in a panic when I called Dean's. I found the service through google. The gal who took my call was great and even the dispatcher was kind and thoughtful. Bryan explained everything he was doing, gave a fair price, and did an excellent job. We plan to do additional work with Dean's ....and will ask for Bryan as our service provider. Bryan solved the problem and gave us peace of mind. Count on us to be new loyal customers. I will also be posting on my Neighborhood Ap. I want my neighbors to know about this good service.

You will be able to find a company that is less expensive and is honest about their pricing. They won't tell you the minimum charge for a job is $275 until after you have paid $75 to come out to your house for the site visit. I called up and asked for a quote and the office manager, Amber, said she couldn't give me a quote. When the technician arrived at my house, I spoke with him on the phone and told him everything that needed to be done (Add a shutoff valve to a gas line, $60 worth of parts, tops). My wife was quoted $495 for the job. Shame on me for not asking the plumber what the price would be. Shame on me for not having my wife call me with the quote. Shame on Matt's Plumbing for taking advantage of a naïve person for a 40 minute job. When I called to ask about why the price was so high, I was told your wife signed off. I told Amber I was the customer. I asked if they are in the business of taking advantage of people and she said, Gotcha.

My plumber was awesome! He was on time to replace my bathroom fixtures. He had the items shipped from Pipeline Supply directly to the house the prior day so he started work and was done in no time flat. They have been in the business for years with a solid customer satisfaction rating outside of this Google rating service. They were recommended to me by another happy customer.
