How do I select 6 stars? TJK is the absolute best in plumbing in the Twin Cities! We have been using them for years now and would not think of calling anyone else. From our very first time with them to our appointment this week, they have been wonderful to work with, are a tremendous value, and more importantly -they do what they say they will and more! We had Benson in our home installing and removing an old sink and faucet (while disconnecting and reinstalling our garbage disposal). What I thought was just a consultation visit to the house ended up being same day service (yes! Same day in this era of COVID's impact on businesses and long wait times!) We are so happy with the work we had done and so happy that TJK blew our hair back once again with their over the top service!

Called with a few questions about a toilet the kids flushed a toy down. Ended up not not using Jakes services for other reasons, but he spent a good 10 minutes talking through a number of options and recommendation. Can tell he is knowledgeable and and a five star operation. Would definitely recommend.

Technician was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Got the job done quickly and provided all the information I needed.

Had Mike from Norblom out today to do a simple replacement job under our kitchen sink that we just didn't have time to do ourselves. He called to let me know he was on the way, arrived 5 minutes before the beginning of our appointment window, was very personable and seemed like a straight shooter. He also checked our basement floor drain and was able to get Norblom's drain guy, Zach, scheduled right away to clear it out. He was also right on time (arrived 5 min after the appointment window started). Both jobs were done quickly and like Mike, Zach was friendly and very nice about answering my questions about maintenance. Total for the two separate calls was $305. They also replaced our water heater a few years ago (think that was done by a Ben), and we were happy with that service as well. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

Yesterday I called Roto Pooper to come out and help me figure out how to deal with a fairly complex plumbing situation with my kitchen sink. After their guy gave me a quote for over a thousand dollars and told me they would have to ruin two of my cabinets in the process I called LeVahn Bros. Within a couple hours they sent Jerrry to my house. Jerry was extremely professional and an all around great guy to work with. He found an excellent solution to my problem that didn't involve cutting holes in my cabinets. On top of that, he was clean, very friendly, and the total bill was about 1/3 of what the other guys quoted. I highly recommend this company and ask for Jerry if he is available.
