Called Sunday night and DJ was out Monday morning at 8am to fix the issue. He was very professional, timely, and respectful. He completed the work in less than an hour and answered all of my questions, even showing me the tools I would need to try and fix any future similar issue myself. Highly recommend!

Our rental property had a busted sewer line (after hours) under the concrete floor and these guys came out the very next day and dealt with it quickly and efficiently. We had tenants in hotels with costs mounting quickly, but Tim was able to get us up and running without the need to have the tenants away a second night. We're out-of-town property owners and we needed someone local and trustworthy, and these are the guys you want in that situation. They even recommended I shop around for a concrete repair company to fix the floor after they'd finished, but after a few calls it was clear Tim's price was even better than the concrete companies. Plus he came back a third time to re-connect appliances without any added cost. This was a big repair, but I feel we got good value for the money in a very difficult situation. Thanks, Tim.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Called for clogged main in a commercial building, had Andrew as a tech. He had it unclogged within an hour.

Called requesting consultation for my mothers home after seeing so many positive reviews. The woman on the phone was very nice - I explained to her it was not urgent and she was kind and set us up for Mon/Tues. My mother called on Monday to ask for a time to ensure she would be there and the gentleman she spoke to said i am too busy to do this today... then proceeded to tell us there was a fee for his time.
Called today to let them know that we would no longer be needed their services due to the rude behavior of this man (we do not need to give our limited resources to people like that) and he initially hung up on me because he thought I took to long to talk, then I called back and he pick up the phone frustrated IS ANYONE THERE?
Get a grip dude...you are way to rude to be picking up the phone.
I'd pass on this place, there are plenty of options in the Twin Cities.

It is the worst feeling in the world to walk into your basement and to be in standing water from your main drain backing up. We called Discount Plumbing for the first time and wow were we ever impressed! They were able to come immediately! They were more affordable than anyone else and that didn’t mean sacrificing professionalism and knowledge to have an affordable service provided! Amended review. Paul Bunyan Plumbing was called to replace the main shut-off valve in my residence. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place because I needed the work done, and their fee was almost $700. Was a fairly simple task that took under an hour. So, minus the $89 fee for the 4 hour appt, they make $600 an hour. Will be finding a different plumber in the future.

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!
