I had a wonderful experience getting my garbage disposal replaced. The customer service that I received from the initial phone call all the way to the final handshake was amazing. This company shows their customers respect and honesty and doesn’t look to gouge you at every turn. I will 100% recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber in the area.

Jeff was really friendly and professional, he listened to our frustration we had with the previous Plumber. He not only fixed our clogged drain but also found the main source of the problem. I love Paul Bunyan. They have great communications and quality service. I like how they send a picture of the plumber before they arrive. Great service, reasonable price will definitely use again

We had water backing up in both our upstairs bathroom sink and bathtub on Sunday night. I called rotorooter the next day and scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed our pipe problems, and was on his way within an hour. I don't think the cost was too extreme and we would use you all again. Thanks

The drain in my laundry/utility room backed up. Technician Mike Korus was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He cleared the drain and made sure there were no more back ups and that everything worked properly. He cleaned up after himself. He made a distressing situation tolerable. He gave really good advice and informed me of an enzyme cleaner Roto Rooter carries. I am satisfied with his work and I appreciate his kindness and work ethic. Thanks Mike!

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Most professional plumbers reasonably priced out there.

The service person, George, was prompt, courteous, went above and beyond, in my opinion, polite, & provided convenient service. I recently bought this house, and ive decided to keep using them for all my plumbing, sewer and hvac maintenance.

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.

RightMark doesn't provide a fairly priced service.

I have been using Cyrus plumbing services for well over four years now. He is on time and very professional. He explains what the problem is and completes the repair in a timely manner. Anytime I needed emergency repairs, Cyrus was there.
