I had a very big job in my basement involving all the utility companies over a couple days. Todd is amazing and his work is outstanding!!!He called to let me know he was coming and when he would be on site. He was always very pleasant, professional, courteous, and honest. He answered all my questions, walked me through everything and made sure it was all working properly. If I need a plumber in the future, It will be Todd.

We were very happy with his assistance in picking a new system now that we're home 24/7.Austin and Trey worked so hard putting in the new system. We had an unpleasant surprise on a Saturday morning when we noticed a significant amount of water leaking from our water heater. I figured with it being a Saturday, it would make finding a plumber more difficult, but I needed this issue resolved ASAP. I called TJK because they had 24 hour service. They got to my house FAST! As I suspected, I needed a new water heater. Josh and Kyle got it installed in 4 hours, which included reconfiguring the venting per a new regulation. I couldn’t believe I was back up and running so quickly and that I could enjoy my Saturday night without having this issue hanging over my head. Would recommend!

Dave arrived much sooner than expected! He was courteous and calm in the face of my quiet hysteria... He inspected, gave me scenarios and options, then pricing. Overall much more pleasant than expected. Much more expensive than expected as well but worth it. He did a marvelous job and if I didn't say it clearly...THANK YOU.
