Or boiler went haywire and and wouldn't shutoff. Called Erickson and despite being booked for the day they came out. Replaced one of the thermostats. Very professional and timely. Didn't try to sell me unnecessary items and was friendly. I'll be calling them for all my hearing needs

When the pilot light wouldn’t stay lit on the furnace, we figured the regulator had broken, so we called our service provider. After being advised by that service that the furnace and boiler needed to be restored for $6,000 or replaced for $15,000, we called Standard for a second opinion, and Standard’s staff fixed the problem by replacing the regulator for only $200! It helps to have experienced technicians like those from Standard, especially when working on a 20-year old furnace. We’ll always call Standard Heating and Air conditioning first from now on.

Eric and Dan installed a reverse osmosis drinking water system for us. They were on time, very professional and courteous. They explained what they did and how to operate and start up the system. They cleaned up completely after they were done. The workmanship looked great.

I scheduled an appointment on a Wednesday for the following Saturday. I changed plans so I would be home. One half hour before the service man was supposed to be here, someone called and cancelled. They said they were too busy to make it to my home. I will never, ever use this service again. Why they would make an appointment and cancel on a moments notice is beyond anything I've ever experienced. They even confirmed the day before they'd be here. Be careful when you make an appointment for a service call. Unbelievable!!!!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
