Super great service! I contacted TJK Plumbing on Saturday, got a call shortly after to make sure it wasn’t an urgent matter, then Brad came to our home first thing Monday morning. He walked me through everything that needed to be done on the repairs, what our options were and how we can avoid future issues. Very thorough and professional. It can be a challenge to find great service like this – I will definitely use this company again!

I manage a 64 unit, 8 building townhome complex where we recently had a commercial water heater fail. It was on a Friday. I contacted this company due to their proximity to the complex. At mid day they sent a tech out to inspect the unit. By 5 pm they had a new water heater on deck and a plan to return in the early morning for a full replacement, which was completed by ten AM. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Alex came to fix a couple issues we were having at the house and was extremely kind, professional, fast and polite. I will be recommending Norblom Plumbing and specifically Alex to anyone I know that has any plumbing issues. It’s good to know that great customer service is not gone and Alex proved that today in spades.

We had to get our water heater replaced, and while the people from the company were extremely kind and professional, they charged us almost $4,000. They didn’t have any options of different water heaters to make this service cheaper. To receive a discount on the service, we had to sign up for a yearly membership. Even with the membership, and a coupon we had for $250 off, we still paid $3750 for the installation and removal for the old system. That’s about $1,200 more than the national average for water heater installation. I personally feel like we were extremely taken advantage of and price gouged for this service, because no pricing was given to us, not even an estimation, until the employee was already in our house (which was around $100) and we would have to pay him for his trip regardless. Then we were blindsided with this price. I just am so upset about the lack of communication and options we had, and the money we quite literally flushed down the drain.

Erickson blew me away with their personal touch, it felt as if friends had entered my home to install my boiler! I had questions for the installer’s and they took the time to answer them thoroughly. I also called them for a separate plumbing need after install and they once again surpassed my expectations. As somebody who has high standards, I was very pleased all around and highly recommend Erickson!

Quality service at a fair price. Kevin arrived within the time window, was very informative and educated me on my furnace. Got my issue solved quickly. Will be using them again.As a follow up, I had signed up for their tune up service. When they showed up for the tune up I was expecting a quick, cursory inspection. Instead, they spent over an hour going through my furnace, inspecting and cleaning every part as they went. Really thorough job. I am impressed.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

They were quick to respond and quick to resolve the issue. Offered two solutions both reasonable in pricing. Will use again.

We have had an issue with roots in our main sewer line that caused our laundry drain to back up. My wife's friend reccomded Pablo, (who arrived the same day) and he was able to clear it out but the next day it backed up again and he came right
back to fix it for no charge. I'm very satisfied with the service as well as his sincere professionalism. I would happily recommend his company to anyone.

Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks don't happen again.

Jerry did a lovely job this morning. Professional, thorough, let me work but then gave me a thorough and transparent report on his findings. Talked to me in a very homeowner-to-homeowner way, which I appreciated. 5 stars to Jerry.HomeWorks - it’s really annoying to have to speak on phone with a manager at the end of every appt so you can tell me about my options. I hate phones and it feels very on-the-spot pushy and sales-y. Please just let us work with the tech, think over the report, and reach out if we need anything else.

Had Mike over for 2 different jobs at my house. He was prompt, professional, and kept me informed of what and why he was doing the steps during the procedure. He answered questions, was thourough and kept a positive attitude. I wanted the job to be done right and Mike fulfilled that. We are happy with the resultsk, the workmanship, the cleanliness of Mike's work, and at no time , did I feel that i payed for anything less than A+ work, 100% tip top results .

Tristan Noghabaie did a great job thoroughly servicing our furnace and AC unit. He was positive and patient, willing to take the time to explain the situation and answer my questions. He was very personable and a pleasure to meet.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
