I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

These guys went above and beyond to help us out of a sort of complicated issue from a previous renovation (not done by them, or us) of our kitchen. We also had some repair work done on our dishwasher and they installed the water line to the new fridge. Very professional and it felt like you were dealing with people who really knew what they were doing which was great. We just wanted to leave this review to say thanks for all of the help!

Just had Standard install three minisplits at my home and we're very happy with them! Communication was clear and good throughout the whole process. The installation was straightforward and we're happy with our units and the financing options that Standard provides.

Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks don't happen again.

Nothing worse than waking up to no hot water. A friend told me this was the company she trusted in her home and I see why. Paul Bunyan Plumbing came out the same day. Our installer was amazing. Prompt, gave us all the options and was in and out the same day. I truly highly recommend them.

Dishonest. Unfortunately, not knowing any better, we have used them for years and subscribed to their Total Comfort Club. Our house is less than seven years old and we have never had a single furnace or A/C tune up appointment where an issue wasn't found or they didn’t recommended expensive upgrades. Their technicians are more adept at sales than actual maintenance. After their latest tune-up, they said our furnace would need approximately $1800 in repairs. The technician stated he could hear oil dripping from the blower motor while the unit was running. Huh? We detected no audible sound and there are no traces of leaking oil.He also recommended that the flame sensor be replaced at $500 for a $20 part that anyone can replace in 5 minutes. And finally, to clean the blower scroll fan because it was dirty ($250). Something they just did less than two years ago. I opened the furnace and it is nearly spotless.I would have assumed that the flame sensor is cleaned during preventative maintenance, well it isn't by MSP. This is the most common cause for furnaces to stop working. They wait until your furnace stops working in the middle of winter and then charge extra for an emergency service call to replace it at an exorbitant price.Anyway, we finally decided to get a second opinion and as I suspected, these urgent repairs either didn't exist or weren't immediately needed.There is always a high-pressure sales pitch at the end of every appointment and some critical fix is always recommended to place fear and urgency in the customer.There are too many other honest companies, that value your business and trust, than to work with MSP.

So, I had to call and have someone come out because I could not get my furnace to turn on. I had checked my thermostat to make sure it was on heat, I checked the circuit breakers, and tried turning off the switch and turning it back on. Nothing worked. Initially I was told they wouldn't be able to get someone out until Monday. I called back and said that was not acceptable since they just installed it 3 months ago. They got Josh to come out today and I explained what I had tried. Josh knew exactly what to check inside the furnace. Within minutes he had it up and running and I am now nice and toasty. Thank you Josh!

Rob is FANTASTIC! I'd give 10 stars if I could. He has a problem solver mindset and clearly enjoys what he does and helping people. The clean out in my basement was covered by previous owners during a remodel. He inspected the plumbing and the stack, theorized where the clean out was and called the city of Mtka to get the floor plans and confirm! (He was right - it was where he thought it would be). Talk about going above and beyond! 1 in 100 plumbers would do that, in my experience. Then he and his crew got after it and did a quality job. I was in the other room while he was working and I could hear him talking to his crew mate, saying things like I want to be sure we do this right. So rare to find someone this good, thorough, and vested in his work. Thank you, Rob! You are a true gem!
