Dayne did a great job with a faucet in my basement, replacing an ancient one and adapting the plumbing so the new one would fit. I was glad he could come out so fast and do such a great job! I had Norblom Plumbing come to my house 3 times over the past few weeks. The first time they sent a drain specialist to my house to unclog the main drain line. Like most people, I didn't know a plumber and a drain specialist were two separate people, each of which have two very distinct responsibilities and capabilities. When I explained the problems I was experiencing to the drain specialist, he informed me that he would only be able to assist me with the drain. That was frustrating as I assumed a call to a plumbing company would mean all my plumbing related issues would be addressed that day. That is not the case.

I had them come to my house a second time because I was still having issues with the kitchen sink, and again, the same drain specialist came to my house - not a plumber. When he realized there were a few leaks associated with the poor draining, he informed me that he would not be able to fix the leaks, and that he could only unclog the drain. So yet again, I would have to have a plumber come to my house. Again, you would think when you call a plumber, the person they send to your house would be able to address your plumbing related issues. After the fact, their customer service rep even went so far as to tell me that was an unfair assumption. Really?

Finally, a week later, one of their plumber's did come to my house to address the leaks under my kitchen sink. I was told ahead of time it would be a simple, relatively quick job. All said and done, it ended up taking 2 hours of time and over $110 in overpriced parts. The total bill - $432. I was absolutely shocked I was paying so much for what was supposed to be a simple job. That's after already spending $300 on the previous 2 visits.

To their credit, both the drain specialist and the plumber were very friendly. But that friendly chatter will end up costing you.

I even called them to discuss my concerns of being overcharged, and the person I spoke to seemed very defensive and didn't seem to understand my concerns. He told me he would speak to the plumber and that he would call me back the following day. That was 2 days ago and I have yet to hear from him.

Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again. I feel I was charged an arm and a leg for what was supposed to be a simple job, and I was nickle and dimed from the time they pulled up to my house to the time I was handed the bill. I was even told I was being billed their hourly rate during the time it took the plumber to write me my bill.

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

I contacted Homeworks regarding the specific Mitsubishi heat pump I was looking to install. I confirmed over the phone that they installed this P-series Mitsubishi equipment before their visit. Greg from Homeworks, upon arrival, had no knowledge or understanding of this Mitsubishi equipment and was not familiar with what a manual J is. If an HVAC contractor is not familiar with manual J or how to appropriately size equipment, then they should not be installing HVAC equipment. HomeWorks is listed as a Mitsubishi “diamond dealer” but poorly represents Mitsubishi. I don’t trust these google reviews; they all look fake or paid for.

I was scheduled between 8am and 12pm Alan called me at 8am letting me know he was going to arrive in a half an hour. He was on time, friendly, and did the work in a timely professional manner. Definitely going to go with them again for my other plumbing needs in the future and recommend them to everyone.

David was very professional, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and patiently waited while I spoke with the other company I bought my equipment from. If he didn’t know the answer, he made sure to contact a knowledgeable associate that could answer the questions appropriately.Definitely want him to return for my next appointment.
