Had a really great experience with this company and the worker they sent (Joe). The initial call for a quote was professional and friendly, competitive with cost and easy to schedule. I got plenty of reminders about the service before the actual date, which I appreciated. Joe was on-time, friendly, worked quickly and completed the job without having to replace the entire pipe (which I told him we’d rather not replace at this time if we don’t have to). I will be hiring them again if we need work done in the future.

Casey and Brian performed the annual furnace inspection and did a great job. They identified a problem with the way our furnace's humidifier system was installed (done by a different HVAC company) and found a simple solution to remedy the problem. Very much appreciate their professionalism and prompt service.

My wife and I were very happy with Right Away Sewer & Drain Cleaning, and would not hesitate to use them again. Pablo was able to come right out after our call, and did a great job with our backed up basement laundry tub. Show up fast good work

Today I had my furnace checked to make sure everything was all good approaching this winter season. Blake was the service man, he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and checking all of the components of my furnace. I appreciate him pointing out that my fan on my furnace was something I needed to keep my eye on as it was starting to “wine“whining”He change the filter on my April air humidifier and noticed that my water softener was out of salt u2020 was a distracting year so it was reassuring to have Genz Ryan double check these items for me.

Dan was prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He had excellent insights and was consultative on how best to deal with some moisture that was coming from a water line we no longer had use for

Nicholas Boisvert came to my home to address stubborn plugged drain. He felt around inside my garbage disposal for a couple minutes and then told me my garbage disposal needed to be replaced. I was quoted $1100-1900 to replace an appliance that would cost no more than $200. When I inquired about the price differential, I was told that covered 1-2 hours of work and a guarantee on the work they do. I decided this was exorbitant, and I bought a garbage disposal to replace it with myself. Upon opening the pipes to do this work, I found my garbage disposal was NOT broken, and there was just a pipe full of debris that needed to be cleared.I have two problems with this interaction: Firstly, the triage work done by Nicholas was clearly insufficient, and I was lied to about the difficulty of the work to be done. Secondly, this is clear price gouging. The only saving grace here is that I pay Dean's to be a member, so I wasn't charged for highly disappointing visit that was paid to me.I would like to say this has been my first experience of the sort with Dean's, but it has not been. I would not recommend Dean's Home Services.

It's one of those things. Great to do business with you, but wish I didn't have to. George(Jorge?) was awesome!! You'll always be my first call.

Ben did an excellent job diagnosing our furnace repair. He was friendly and patient with my questions. He tracked down the part needed and had our furnace completely fixed within an hour. Highly recommend :)

Irresponsible and unprofessional.

Contracted through America Home Shield Warranty (another terrible company). Utterly worthless. It took them two days to dispatch a plumber. He showed up in his personal vehicle. By then the clog had partially cleared. I explained what the previous plumber found and the remedy that was needed (full clean out). The plumber flushed the toilet a few times while looking at the cleanout. The toilet backed up but slowly cleared. He declared that since it wasn't a full stoppage there was nothing he could do. I asked him to remove the toilet and snake to the cleanout. He said he wasn't authorized to remove the toilet. Huh? A plumber who can't remove a toilet?
This company is a joke.
