Scheduling was easy and convenient with Jessica, and the service John provided in diagnosing and fixing the problem was smooth, honest and done as expected. I'm glad I found MPH and will use them again the next time I need plumbing repairs!

Bonfe came out a fixed an electrical issue. They did a good job, but not an excellent rate. DO NOT OPT FOR THE MONTHY FEE SERVICE OPTION! The poor marks come from their inspection subscription. Between full schedules, cancelations and no shows I never received my inspections. They say it is on me to schedule the service, but I didn't know scheduling would be such a hassle. They schedule two months out, then don't show up, don't call, reschedule, again, and blame it on the weather.They will not even honor appointments they missed now that I've canceled the service. + In owners response below confirms this attitude. It is a money grab not a SERVICE. As you'd think after paying for a service it would be performed or refunded.

Brent DeCosse was the plumber from Erickson who came out today to replace my toilet. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing in a pleasant way , not like some other workers who talk down to you.(Not Erickson workers). He was very efficient and obviously very experienced at this type of work. He rechecked his work carefully to make sure I was satisfied. I have had good luck with Erickson and recommend them highly if you should ever need a plumber

The service tech was prompt, courteous, and friendly. I received a courtesy call when he was en route informing me of his immanent arrival. He did his work quickly and efficiently and let me know that if I hear a particular sound coming from my furnace that it is time to replace the filter. No complaints.

Called Pablo at 7:45 pm when we discovered that our sewer line had backed up all over the basement! Pablo and his partner arrived and routed out the line and left us with a fully functional sewer line by 9pm! Outstanding service. I don’t want to mess around with plumbing problems. I was so relieved to be able to clean up immediately and move on. So, so grateful that Pablo was able to fix it so quickly. They were very courteous and efficient and did not overcharge. Even for the late hour. I highly recommend this team!

One of their drivers was driving like a drunk person at 730am on I-94 West. Swerving all over the road, going 30 in a 60. Couldn't maintain his lane of travel. I called their dispatch and before I even told her what was going on, she simply said that she would talk to the driver. I asked if she wanted to know what was wrong with his driving. She didn't seem interested. I told her anyway. As soon as I hung up, the driver then hit a car in the lane to his right. That car had to stop in the shoulder, the truck driver just kept on going. He seemed to be nodding off as I pulled up next to him. I'd sure never hire a company that employs drunk-drivers.

They installed both a new AC unit and Furnace in a day. Had 3 or 4 technicians and all were respectful and provided answers to my questions. I like that although they made a mess while working. When they left it looked like they hadn’t been there at all.Thank you for your speedy service and excellent customer service at every aspect.

Josh came out within 24 hours to replace a faulty gas valve in a new boiler MSP installed last spring. Responsive timing, under warranty and professional work. I appreciate the quick response as it is starting to get cold here in St. Paul.

Our furnace wasn’t working. Fee to come out was $49 but then they had to look deeper and that diagnostic fee was an additional $250. Letting me know up front before the tech came would have been helpful. They will wave that fee if we have them fix it. Brandon, the tech, was super nice, informative, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and upfront about everything he was doing. Dean’s- you want to keep him.

We had the worst experience working with this plumbing service. They will try to perform activities without telling you that it costs extra until after they’re done (we got up-charged 3 times the amount we were originally quoted on the phone). Save yourself some money and headache by finding somebody else.

Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. It was a last minute install, and they had limited time to get the parts and crew together.They very friendly when they arrived, and courteous throughout. While inside we were e-learning, working, and the toddler was taking a nap... they never interrupted once. It was like they were never here.The Mitsubishi system works better than we thought inside, and the outside looks like a work of art.I'll recommend them to anyone that's looking for HVAC install for a variety of reasons. I'm so glad we hired them.

Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.

Waste, of my time through warranty company, first they blame the tenant, now they said they talked to me this morning, NOT> They should not accept orders if they can not accomodate/or provide needed services in a timely manner. Five days I cannot get back!
