I was overall so impressed with Erickson Plumbing. I called and they were able to fit me in same day (due to a cancellation). Dave was my tech and he was so professional and helpful. I'm a relatively new homeowner and he was able to show me where my spigot on/off valve was. He also fixed the sink that has been leaking since we moved in. The gal I talked to for scheduling (sorry, I forgot her name) was also amazing. She was very bubbly and personable. We will buy a new toilet from Deans when the time comes because of him. He seems to know what he's doing. Sent email or appointment request at 11pm, someone was out to the house and repaired by 8:30am next day. They educated me throughout the process. It was this last week when temps were 95+ for multiple days, will be using them from now on for all HVAC related work. Thank You!

I just needed help removing a stuck shower valve cartridge. I've also used them to clear my service line occasionally. They're always on time, friendly, professional, and thorough.

Irresponsible and unprofessional.

Too bad I have to even pick 1 star. My service was for a stoppage, I chose what was closest to my issue, but I noted that the problem was water bubbling in kitchen and toilets when water was draining in other areas of the house. From the moment the technician arrived he was abrasive and rude. He flushed a toilet, walked around the outside perimeter of my home and said he couldn't help me. He advised me that I would have to call another company to address my problem and he thought it might be clogged vents. He refused to try and see if there was a clog elsewhere or do any other work. Considering he was wearing nice jeans, a nice tshirt and was worried more about the grass that got on his shoe than listening to my concerns I'm not surprised he didn't want to inspect the cleanouts (we have 3) under the house. After speaking to his mgr he told me he was going outside to make a call to my warranty company. He got into his van and drove away. Awesome service! I will make sure to tell my friends.
