Mr. Jason is amazing! He knew so quickly what was the problem of our heater. He found out that the thermostat itself was the problem and not the wire connecting from it to the heater. I am so glad he came over early to help us. He was able to run our heater. It is our first time to get Erickson service and I say you have an amazing crew! He is a keeper! Greg and Jack knocked it out of the park today, was referred to this company by Jerad and have had no complaints.

Pablo is the owner of the company and he came over right away within an hour. I had a plugged kitchen drain where the plug was deep down in the pipes. He did an excellent job, really knows what he's doing. Cleaned up afterwards and the price was extremely fair especially after doing some research with other companies. Highly recommend!!

Michael was very professional, to the point and didn't waste time trying to upsell products I may not have needed. He worked fast and efficiently, and took the time to explain simple things about water heaters I never knew about that are vital to its longevity. In and out in about 2-2.5 hours, top notch service at high speeds. If only all professionals were as good. 👍

On January 4th, 2023 at 8:45am, your plumber working at our Building in Brooklyn Park cleaned out his van and illegally dumped his trash in our dumpster. This is very unprofessional. Please advise your staff to properly and legally handle their garbage.

Had issue with humidifier. I was given continuous calls to update on schedule, details about who is coming to visit to be safe.Also, the service person was very informative and given clear details on what needs to be fixed etc..

Jeff from MSP was here for the annual check of our water heater and water softener. He drained and flushed the water heater and checked the hardness of our water. He also went over everything he did. He left us with an estimate for a new water heater and a new water softener, but put no pressure on us to purchase anything at this time. He did a very good job.

Today, I had Dean's Home Services come out to my elderly mother's house to replace her water heater. I could not have been happier with the entire experience. From talking with Kelly on the phone, to having Erik help with the purchase of, and installation scheduling was fantastic! Less than an hour after Erik left, Brad van Hees and Luke were at the door for the installation of the new water heater. They removed the old water heater, and had the new one installed in less than an hour! I am just so pleased with the fast, friendly and professional service we received from Dean's Home Services today! Thank you so much Kelly, Erik, Brad and Luke!!! You all were just super! It will be Dean's who I call from now on for any home repairs I may need. Thank you all!!!

Jeff was right on time and did an excellent job. He was very professional and explained everything he did. Luckily it was a regular maintenance call and we don’t have any problems, but we have used Pronto in the past for issues and they have been great.

They get the job done I guess.

Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.

Came on behalf of home warranty.(Water Heater) took some pics.
Said it was beyond repair, will let warranty company know.
My husband took a look with his hands found the problem. BAM $30.00
