We had a deep clog (deeper than 25 feet) in our kitchen drain. I called them on a Friday night and they had someone out the next morning. Our tech was friendly, professional, and had the issue cleared up in about 45 minutes. Very happy with our experience.

Old pipes had another pin hole leak from hard water. Paul Bunyan was able to have a technician arrive early next morning. Received estimates for small repair vs full replacement and went with full replacement since this was not the first leak. I'd had another company fix prior leak and prices were comparable. I liked the professionalism and service program offered from Paul Bunyan.

All work was timely, efficient, and masterful. He was also pleasant and practiced all co-vid recommended protocols. He is highly skilled and experienced and a long tenured employee of RR! I was able to use an online coupon which I appreciated.From the many calls I made to other businesses, I believe I could have had the work done for substantially less. However, the wait would have been 2 1/2 days to 2 weeks! Sometimes time is money, and the response here gave our family peace of mind. Thank you Mike.

Wish I had called them first! Quick and so thorough on main sewer clean-out! My sewer was so blocked by roots I was afraid I’d have to have someone excavate. They persisted and cleared it. Now I’m hoping I can get one of these cool CIPP liners so I don’t have to deal with this in my 130+ year old sewer again!

I got home from work only to find dirty paper towels that they used on my counter, they left the old garbage disposal in a box on the floor, they left the old faucet in a bag w all the dirty pipes on my kitchen floor where the old faucet leaked all over my floor. I have2dogs that could of gotten into the dirty pipes& other pieces left on the floor in a box which was wide open. Took pictures and they claim they didn’t leave it that way. Called and basically felt like I got blown off. Then they in less words are calling us liars. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. Beyond unprofessional

Excellent service. Last minute plumbing needs, Sebastian was able to stop by my house and take a look at my urgent plumbing needs. He was on time, responsive. courteous and professional and did an excellent job in replacing plumbing valves. I would definitely use them again.

Don't let the cost of Pedro's initial visit (to give you an estimate) scare you! At first, I have to admit, I was a bit put off by having to pay for an estimate but Pedro deserved every penny!!
He was the only plumber who was honest with me from the start!
He told me how difficult the project was going to be right from the beginning. He was dealing with an obsessive compulsive person who wanted her sink exactly in the middle of the wall in her bathroom.
While he said he would not be able to center the sink exactly where I wanted it, by the end of the project, he centered it right where I wanted it!!!
He worked very very hard to make sure I was pleased with every detail. He put up with my yappy little dogs and even my snoopy mother who was present for two of the three days he worked.
He had to saw through inches and inches of concrete to correctly tap off plumbing errors made during my homes construction. He also cleaned up a gnarly mess of copper piping and streamlined it perfectly!
My bathroom project has had me in tears more than once but Pedro performed a wonderful and very very thorough job. I will never hire anyone else for any future plumbing needs. Pedro the Plumber is the BEST!!!
