I haven't used Stillwater Plumbing's services but I called on a Monday morning and John answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

It was extortion, just to replace a faucet I was quoted $750. It’s laughable, Bill gates time is cheaper than this . I asked the contractor to leave .

I was amazed at how quickly they could get to the house (even after I said it wasn’t an emergency by any means) and have it fixed! Competitive pricing on top of speed of service is hard to find.

Great place to pickup plumbing hardware (and other hardware) that works. Stopped at one if the big box stores to pickup a coupler. Takes to one of the people there and bought what they told me I needed. Got home put it together and water during everywhere. Stopped at LeVahn Bros, told them what I was doing and what I have done, and they gave me a couple of options to try and resolve the issue. Got home put the first option in, boom, issue fixed. Saved me a ton from having to call the pool repair shop.

Was told a plumber would be to my home within 2 hours to unclog my kitchen sink. Received a call when he was on his way as well. Was very knowledgeable about the issue and fixed the drain within an hour. Kind and professional. Highly recommend.

I very much recommend using a local company rather than Roto-Rooter. I needed a fix on an easily-accessed, exposed pipe in our basement that had a slow leak. Since I couldn't reach anyone local (it was a weekend) I had Roto-Rooter come out. Not knowing much about plumbing, I was surprised at the quote but thought it must be a job that will take a long time and require expensive copper parts! Well, the plumber was in his van for 15 minutes getting the parts (who knows) and then in our basement for about 10 minutes. Done! We were charged $685, and the receipt wasn't even itemized; no break-down for parts, labor, anything. (See photos.) This seemed very unprofessional and is probably due to the fact they can't justify the cost. $685 for 10-15 minutes of work and parts that cost around $20 (as someone later told me). I felt this is a racket that takes advantage of homeowners who are not knowledgable about plumbing. Next time I will wait until Monday to contact a local company!

His depth of knowledge was evident in how he was able to remove our 70-year-old cast iron and lead piping, reconfigured the main stack layout in accordance with current code, and replaced it with new black ABS pipe that should provide us decades of worry-free, reliable service!
My go-to plumbing company, I confidently recommend them to my family and friends for any plumbing service, big or small. Their name (almost) says it all...they PIPE (and plumb) RIGHT!

I had them replaced 2 bathtub faucets, 2 bathtub drains and one shower head. He did great work. Very easy to work with. I highly recommend this company!

I hired them to change an older water heater, water softener and fix 2 toilets. They did a good job but the new water softener (Brita Pro) failed about a week later. They reset and worked for a few days. Then again stopped working. Then they came again to clean the electric motor, and failed again. I talked to the manager because it is obvious that we got a defective product, but he told me that they do not manufacture it, but just install it. And they need to follow Brita’s instructions. Now it failed again. I am waiting for them to come a third time. Now they will change a circuit board (they ordered it and in the meantime I have to wait - with hard water). I have had worse water since they installed this faulty product than I had with my old one.In summary: Good plumbers, questionable customer service policies, and a very bad product.Update 1/14: Still waiting for the part. I called and they will not change the softener.Update 1/20: They changed the part and the water softener has been working. They mentioned that if it fails one more time, they will change the softener.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
