Best Frozen Pipe Repair in Minneapolis MN

Bought a house three years ago. The basement remodel failed to install a floor drain in the laundry room. I did some online research about costs and installation procedures.

I contacted a few plumbers including Jake. All the others either didn’t respond or wanted $100 plus to “come and look at it”.

Jakes got back to me quickly and asked for photos of the install area. They got back to me with a ballpark number which was reasonable. I knew that opening a concrete floor often presented surprises. Jake’s crew of 2 worked several hour in a wet clay base we found under the floor. They did a great job and the drain works perfectly. Jake’s charge was a few hundred dollars over the estimate ( Under $2000 total), but well within the cost info I found on line. If I need plumbing, Jakes is my first call.

Mike was VERY good! He was courteous and efficient.He was very nice and respectful of my home by wearing shoe coverings and wearing his mask always and correctly. He was here right away this morning because he knew I was a little stressed with no toilet.I would highly recommend this company and especially MIKE!!

Bradley came within 30 minutes of calling the company, and was very professional, and let me know what the costs were up front. About 15 minutes later, he had my shower drain flowing again. If this happens again in the future, I will call Roto-Rooter again.Plus, if my drain gets clogged again within 6 months, the drain clearing is free of charge!This company is highly recommended.

I had a pipe burst in middle of the night, so i turned to Google to find help and that's where I found First Response and called them up and Anthony was over within the hour. He made what i thought was my worst nightmare the easiest and most stress free work I've done on my house. He explained and helped me through the entire process dealing with the mess and the insurance company. So i was left without a worry from start to finish! Great company and great people.

I had floor drain issues, after many failed attempts with other plumbing companies (big companies with hundreds of 4.5 star reviews). I decided to call Paul the Plumber on a whim and very glad that I did! It was middle of the day already when I called and they were totally booked for the day. Paul was still very accommodating though, he said he would do his best to send someone out, which he did. Turns out it was a cracked pipe under basement slab, they were able to come back 2 days later to do the repair (they estimated a week). Not only were they able to fix the cracked pipe, Paul’s and his staff were willing and opened to giving advice on how to repair certain things unrelated to service job. Very reasonable prices compared to other companies and very dedicated to their customers. Would totally recommend them to our friends and family! Great customer service and trustworthiness, which is hard to find nowadays.All these big companies with their huge marketing ads on availability but when they actually send people out to your house, they don’t have a clue what’s going on. Paul and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They know their stuff and even though you have to schedule for service, I’d rather do that than call those big plumbing companies.

Adam was amazing. Roto Rooter is amazing. Had a really bad sewer drain block in my basement. I called a little before 10 p.m., and he was there within 30 minutes. Adam's customer service was amazing and the price, for the awful job it was, was not excessive. A great company with great employees.

Joe and Fred come out to clean our backed up main and other sewer pipes on a weekend with a positive attitude. Thanks for that. Cleaning the pipelines with professional equipments. Give me varieties of options about the costs and services. Writing up a detailed invoice. I am happy with the service that Joe and Fred provided. Very long story short, we found out when selling our home that there was a break in our line out to the sewer and there was no front cleanout to be found. After having 4 other plumbers out to our house and getting nowhere with schedules and quotes, Matt came out, got us quoted and did the clean out same day. Two days later, the sewer line was fixed! We could not be happier with service we received from Matt and his crew (plus our dog, Sonny, adored him!). As we move to our new home, we’ll keep Matt’s number handy for any future plumbing needs!

Called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to get an estimate for a residential job. Each time the receptionist said the guy who is in charge of that would call me back, and he never did. Poor customer service and communication. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.
