Great job. They were very flexible on scheduling and worked hard to get things right. Recommend.

Extremely pricey. For one hour of cutting wall and fixing a pipe, $800. $84 for parts and $730 for labor of 1 hour. They scam people. They missed an appointment and the next day they should up. Will never use and never recommend to anyone again.

The crew was great to work with. They got there in under 30 minutes and got my drained cleaned up and showed me what the problem was. They explained everything and made sure I had all of the info I needed! Highly recommended.

Anthony and team were awesome! After finding asbestos in our floor tiles, the contained the area and extracted the hazardous tiles. They also managed the trash pick-up to ensure the waste was handled properly. Would highly recommend.

He said he would show up at 9 am.
I took the time off of work to be home.
He never showed.
He called almost 2 hours later to say sorry but his back hurt.
Now I understand that people have injuries but to wait that long to call was absurd.
I guess that's the risk you take when trying to give the little guy your business.
Now I have to pay emergency rates and take more time off work :-(

Yuriy was our plumber. He did a wonderful job fixing everything we asked promptly (same day!), and also found numerous other issues that he was able to help fix. He was very informative about how all the plumbing in our house was setup, and answered all our questions patiently. Not to mention he drove over in the middle of a snowstorm! Very happy with this service.

Brad arrived on time and did a great job fixing our plumbing issue (main drain clean out) Brad was courteous and respectful of our home and left his work area neat and clean. Brad took his time and didn’t seem to be in a rush to get the job done. I would definitely call Roto Rooter again in the future.

I received amazing and prompt service for my emergency plumbing call! I had a plumber at my house within a half an hour of my original call. Toilet was so backed up it would not plunge for me and I had sewage backing up into bathtub and shower in a separate bathroom.Andrew (#2766) was extremely thorough in diagnosing the issue. He removed toilet and snaked out pipe -revealing and resolving issue. I appreciate his shoe covers and floor tarp protection that he used when moving toilet. Andrew explained everything and showed me where the issues were. He told me how to prevent future problems and things to watch for.Andrew called in Brian ( #1326) from their restoration team to check for water in my main floor ceiling. We had heard dripping and I was concerned about water damage. Brian was here within 20 minutes. No charge for this assessment service! Again, good information and explanation! Fortunately, no water concern in my ceiling!!I have worked with a variety of plumbing services over the years. Roto-Rooter is by far my best experience!

Great work and great to work with. Came out in December and installed an outside sewer cleanout and fix my main line. I'd recommend them highly.

Very professional, thorough and efficient. Matt’s Plumbing was able to fix a big tree root blockage within 24 hours and at a reasonable price.

Terrible experience. Paid $3k to fix the mainline and they made it worse, far worse. The mainline had pitch back to the house once they were done, they hid the fact they they couldn't get it right and just buried the pipe and said all was well. 9 months later it was backing up again, took them forever to come out and check it out, then they wanted another $4-5K to fix it right. Even after agreeing to this, they never showed up. Communication wasn't terrible, it was non-existent. Wouldn't return calls or emails, just nothing. Stay away.
