Fixed our broken pipe quickly. We started dinner while he worked and were able to dishes when we finished our meal. He was late because of traffic and even tossed in a discount. Would gladly do business with Jake again!

I call Roto-Rooter every 18 months or so to have the roots in the main sewer line cleared. Service is always easy to schedule and the technicians are capable and helpful. Luke #3657 helped on this most recent visit, and he was great: informative, friendly, and patient with my pets!

John's the best!

Our basement sump pump went out recently, so I called John Anderson to come out and evaluate it. After checking out the area in and around the sump pump, he replaced the broken sump pump and then showed me why it had stopped working. The previous home owners had taken a few shortcuts in the sump pump and bucket installation process. John pointed out what the proper equipment should have been and detailed two long term solutions for us. I was happy to know that John's options were NOT short term fixes at the lowest possible price. I would recommend John Anderson for his outstanding plumbing work and his straight-forward approach to high customer satisfaction. Our minds are now at ease!

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!

Wouldn't recommend to anyone! The guy arrived three hours late from the time frame given to me. He snaked the bathroom sink for about 15 minutes and says he can't unclog it. Then recommends I cut a pipe that is not even a part of the clog for $400. Takes my credit card information for not even unclogging my drain. Two weeks later some lady from the supposed office calls from a Georgia phone number saying my card was declined and needs payment. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a plumbing company!

Roto-Rooter did a great job all around. The person we spoke with on the phone was helpful and able to get us an appointment the next day, when it worked best for us. Bradley was our service tech and he was very professional and did a quality job. Luke, the area supervisor, even stopped by to run the camera through our drain and ensure us that our drain is now clear which gave us further assurance. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

We had our septic go out and in less than 24 hours he showed up, did the work, checked to make sure nothing was missed, cleaned up --best of all his service, attitude, capability were incredible. We hired Gene's to install new sewer pipe and we're very pleased. They did a good job. However, what really mattered was how they handled an issue. They came back and fixed a problem with no difficulty and did not charge anything as it was under warranty. So while many companies can do their jobs well, how concerns were dealt with made Gene's stand out to me as trustworthy and honorable.
