Best Floor Drain Cleaning in Minneapolis MN

Jake the Plumber is the best. We came back from a 10 day vacation and were shocked to learn our whole house temperature was near frozen due to problems with the thermostat. The water tanks of all toilets were completed frozen and two shower cartridges were cracked due to ice expansion, not to mention the frozen pipes. The next day when the room temperature returned back to normal, the water in one of showers began to leak uncontrollably. Then we called Jake the Plumber on Sunday afternoon and they came in less than one hour. They quickly fixed the problem of the broken pipes in the house and performed a courtesy check to make sure all the other water pipe problems were fixed. Our family greatly appreciates the prompt work they did for us. Jake the Plumber was very nice and professional during the job and we highly recommend them for any future plumbing problems.

After having our utility drain back up for the third time in a year we needed to get someone out here who knew what they're doing to actually fix the issue and not bandaid it. We found cutting edge on the next door app. I called late afternoon and Chris was out early the next morning. Chris was friendly, clean, and efficient with the repair. An absolute top tier, knowledgeable, professional full service plumbing company. I have an old (100+ years) south Minneapolis house, that occasionally shows its age in many ways. In this chapter of “My Old House”it’s all about the main line out of the house, connecting to the city sewer system. Yes, the guys from General had to tell me the bad news that it needed major repair, but the professional way they handled and solved the problem was, truly, second to none.

I didn't have a problem so much as wanting to be proactive with a main drain cleaning (not something you think about much to be honest until it's too late). Called Twin Cities Rooter because of the $95 Drain Deal. Brian showed up and was courteous, professional, social and went straight to work after asking a few questions. He was great! I wish I had more plumbing needs! Basically a hair over an hour from start to finish. Only extra cost was to replace the drain cap - which had never been opened since the house was built in 1910, so I can't complain. Would totally recommend Brian and Twin Cities Rooter!

Roto-Rooter worked for two days and many hours to get my drains running again. Derek went above and beyond to try to open the drains, working for hours, but they were frozen. He scheduled the steamer for us and they took care of us the next day. I would highly recommend using this company for any drain issues you have.

You will be able to find a company that is less expensive and is honest about their pricing. They won't tell you the minimum charge for a job is $275 until after you have paid $75 to come out to your house for the site visit. I called up and asked for a quote and the office manager, Amber, said she couldn't give me a quote. When the technician arrived at my house, I spoke with him on the phone and told him everything that needed to be done (Add a shutoff valve to a gas line, $60 worth of parts, tops). My wife was quoted $495 for the job. Shame on me for not asking the plumber what the price would be. Shame on me for not having my wife call me with the quote. Shame on Matt's Plumbing for taking advantage of a naïve person for a 40 minute job. When I called to ask about why the price was so high, I was told your wife signed off. I told Amber I was the customer. I asked if they are in the business of taking advantage of people and she said, Gotcha.
