They came out quickly to help me when my hot water heater wasn't working and were great at explaining what I needed to do to troubleshoot the problem. Great, fast, and friendly service.

Temporarily got rid of clog. I paid them approx $290 for 3 minutes of work. Then it was clogged again after a couple hours. Waste of money. Buy a toilet snake at a home department store for $60 instead.

I have only great things to say about First Response Restoration! Our finished basement (wall to wall carpet) was flooded from very heavy rain. I was in shock and didn't know what to do. I called First Response at 11:00 pm that night. Jeff answered on the first ring and the next morning he was here to give me an estimate. From the first interaction on, I felt that I could trust him. Not only did he let me know what was going to happen in the clean-up but he also took me around the house and showed me what we needed to do so that it wouldn't happen again. The crew he sent to do the work was efficient, kind, worked as a team, and knew what they needed to do. I'm sad to have lost our carpet, baseboards, and some sheetrock for sure but, at the same time, I am deeply grateful for the help and support of First Response Restoration!

He was very efficient in his work and made some great suggestions for how to avoid having repeat issues (fourth time this line has plugged in less than two years).Price was a bit higher than we paid a different company last time, but Dave honored the coupon we presented, which made the price a bit easier to swallow.Was presented with a four-hour window right when we called at 10 pm which is super convenient, but it didn't work out for us this time.Would recommend for quick and efficient sewer line clogs.

I filled out the request form they had online for their business told them I was working on a outside faucet the 24th and I was hoping if I had problems I could count on them to stop by filled out everything in my phone number my address I live in Columbus and no reply with a joke!!!!!!
