Roto-Rooter was very prompt in coming out to fix a plugged drain. They stated they would be there anywhere between 30 minutes and four hours. They also stated they would contact me 45 minutes before they came. Approximately 30 minutes after calling a representative reached out to me and let me know that a technician will be there within the hour and shortly there after the technician contacted me stating he was on his way just as promised. Our technician Derek was very friendly and knowledgeable of our drain clog. Within 45 minutes he had our drain unplugged and work your normal again. I would definitely recommend their service.
