Best Emergency Drain Cleaning in Minneapolis MN

My 87 year old mother scheduled them for a small plumbing job. First they were very late for the appointment and never called her to tell her they would be late. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
Second they charged her over $500 labor for something that took 1.5 hours. Outrageous! Don't use them. I will never use them and I would never recommend them.

My son and daughter-in-law live in Chaska. I wanted to surprise them with a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. I called MN Plumbing to get an idea of what it would cost to install these two items. Everything needed was there - all I wanted was the installation. (A week before I had a new faucet installed in my home near Red Wing, MN and it had cost me $45). I was told that MN Plumbing could not give me a price over the phone eventhough these are standard plumbing services. Against my better judgement, I had them come out. The fee to come out was just pennies short of $60. When the plumber arrived (a very nice man), he started to determine the cost to swap out the kitchen faucet. When he wrote down $438 just for the faucet I nearly had a stroke. I told him he could stop right there because I was not going to pay that. To do the faucet and garbage disposal would have been nearly $700. My hometown plumber had told me it should not be more than $150. I was outraged and felt taken advantage of big time. I called the office and they did waive the $60 fee however this type of business tactic feels like a bait and switch. I was able to contract the work through Home Depot for a total of $268. I understand this is a trend in the Chaska area but it is a terrible business model. Bad for the company and bad for the customer.

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

These guys are fast without sacrificing quality and they’re reasonably priced.

Called requesting consultation for my mothers home after seeing so many positive reviews. The woman on the phone was very nice - I explained to her it was not urgent and she was kind and set us up for Mon/Tues. My mother called on Monday to ask for a time to ensure she would be there and the gentleman she spoke to said i am too busy to do this today... then proceeded to tell us there was a fee for his time.
Called today to let them know that we would no longer be needed their services due to the rude behavior of this man (we do not need to give our limited resources to people like that) and he initially hung up on me because he thought I took to long to talk, then I called back and he pick up the phone frustrated IS ANYONE THERE?
Get a grip dude...you are way to rude to be picking up the phone.
I'd pass on this place, there are plenty of options in the Twin Cities.

My water heater was broken and I had a different company scheduled to come out to fix it they had ordered the parts but they never called or showed up so I decided to go with this company instead.They said a plumber could not come out for a couple of days which I was fine with but then on the morning the plumber was scheduled to come out he calls and I told him the issue. I tell him that I just need the part replaced which is what the other company was going to do. He said all he can do is replace the water heater which would be $6000. None of this would’ve been an issue if the plumber would’ve just called to tell me this on the day that I had originally called them so that I could have started calling other companies. Instead they wait until the morning they’re supposed to be there to fix the water heater and he doesn’t even come out to look at it and on top of it all quotes me a ridiculous price (2k more than the other company charges for replacement).They wasted my time and now it’s The end of the week and I probably won’t be able to get a plumber to come out until next week now.

Fast service, reasonable price, friendly service. Will use if need be in the future.

On January 4th, 2023 at 8:45am, your plumber working at our Building in Brooklyn Park cleaned out his van and illegally dumped his trash in our dumpster. This is very unprofessional. Please advise your staff to properly and legally handle their garbage.

Chris W. was professional and had a lot of knowledge. He was honest and polite, and replaced our kitchen faucet and fixed a rusted pipe that was leaking. Great job and thank you very much Chris.

Nick and Doug were awesome- they were very professional- walked me through everything at the end- also shout out to the other 3 members of there team- we had electrical- air duct cleaner and other helper- everyone was so kind and dealt with our 2 dogs- I would definitely recommend !!

MSP were great with my high-efficiency heating/ cooling install. I called on Thursday, met with Dave on Friday, and had my unit completely installed the following Monday. Very satisfied!

I was told by another plumber that I was going to need to dig up my yard and pay $6,000 to clean out a few small roots in my main line. I called Cutting Edge for a second opinion. They showed up within an hour and told me they could simply cut it out for $395. What a life saver!

DO NOT USE Twin Cities Rooter, they are a bunch of Scam artists! They came in to clean the line for $95, use and undersized blade that leaves part of the root and tell you that you need to get a camera in there. Then they see that the small blade didn't get anything and claim you need to dig up 10' of your yard to cut in a cleanout so they can rake two directions to clean it out!? Thank goodness Cutting Edge Sewer & Drain was honest!
