Joe was amazing! After having another company out who told me that they could not snake my mainline and they were going to have to replace EVERYTHING at a cost of $15000.00, Joe came out and cleaned it out perfectly! An absolute top tier, knowledgeable, professional full service plumbing company. I have an old (100+ years) south Minneapolis house, that occasionally shows its age in many ways. In this chapter of “My Old House”it’s all about the main line out of the house, connecting to the city sewer system. Yes, the guys from General had to tell me the bad news that it needed major repair, but the professional way they handled and solved the problem was, truly, second to none.

Guy's Sewer & Drain performed a cleaning of our sewer line and provided excellent service in removing roots and debris from the sewer line. They also discovered a crack in the sewer line which allowed us to proceed accordingly. We appreciated the quick and professional appointment!

Faced with an unexpected and EXPENSIVE sewer line break, Cichy’s gave us solid information and guidance to help us navigate the options available to us. Mark advised as though he was advising a friend or loved one and even provided options that funneled work away from Cichy’s itself. His integrity and honesty are refreshing and admirable and, while we won’t end up having Cichy’s do the repair work (a different option is going to work best for our specific needs), they have made a customer for life out of us. These guys were lifesavers. We had a clogged drain that was backing up water everywhere in our house to the point we couldn't use anything (toilet, shower, sink). We'd contacted a local plumber to fix it, but they kept cancelling/rescheduling on us. They cancelled/rescheduled for an entire week, all the way to Friday, leaving us without a fix over the weekend. Someone recommended these guys to us for an emergency fix that same Friday. Even though Clog B Gone was coming from a distance, they came out the same day with all the necessary equipment and fixed the clog for us, no problem. Everything was fixed perfectly. Markus was the gentleman who came out, he did an awesome job and was very friendly. Plus, the price was PERFECT. They didn't rip us off because they came from a distance or fit us in fast. We SO appreciate this company and the service they provided for us.
