Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

I received excellent service, clearing my main drain in my basement, from Brian #936 (210232229) during a very late night service visit, 12:30 to 2:30 a.m.

Extremely quick to our home and solved the issue.

My biggest complaint is John Anderson did not decline the call when I told him what was wrong. Once he got here he stated he do not work on appliances and he classified a water softener as an appliance. He should have declined before taking the job since it was very obvious that he had no clue how to fix the softener and were not prepared to repair it.

John stated he would be arriving shortly after noon he arrived after four (after noon but not shortly)

He did not have me turn on the water to diagnose the problem he made an assumption it was an O-ring ( I think it was but not the one he thought)

He had me disassemble the water softener

He did not replace the O-ring you returned the same O-ring.

He needed help reassembling the unit I am not sure what he would have done if I was not there.

He was more interested in apparent low water pressure in the kitchen sink than fixing the leaking water softener.

And after all that he had the gall to charge a $150 service charge. That was a least part my fault since I did not ask about the fee. But I also think that fee is steep especially for the work or lack thereof he did not do. I don’t have a problem paying service fees but for what you did I would have expected a discount on that fee.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

Our main crawl space drain was plugged. I used Discount Plumbing 90 days ago to clear the line. It became plugged so I called Discount Plumbing and they do not guarantee their work.
I was lucky when we used Service Star Plumbing (for more money) and received a one year guarantee.
We are in our 80's and 90's seniors and are very careful what we put down our disposal and we know it's minimal.

I had a backed up floor drain in the basement along with the shower and the toilet. Dan came out he was very professional very informative knowledgeable and took the time to actually find the problem and not try to upsell me to other services to have other people come out to different times for more money he was very friendly and I would recommend him and I would definitely called him back and I will be when I need him thank you Brenda Hanson

They were able to fix my toilet within 2 hours of calling them, which is really cool cause my husband is disabled and depends on that bathroom. Thank you Cutting Edge!

Fast, same day service to thaw my frozen line. A little expensive, but what isn't these days.

Brandon was courteous, knowledgeable, and a total pro, assuring us right away that it wouldn’t be a difficult job. He also gave us great tips on clearing minor clogs. He got the job done very quickly.
